Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

We loved this flat, it was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and in a fabulous location with great views. It has a homely, personal feel and our children loved the toys and games! The sandy beach is a short walk down the hill and we spent a lot of time here. It is quieter than the main beach in swanage, a perfect place for children. Great to have a parking space too. Highly recommended!

My mum and I had the most glorious weekend in Lyme Regis - and Guy’s hideaway was the perfect place to stay! Guy was totally charming, warm and welcoming - making us feel right at home (plus an array of breakfast things laid out for us and everything). The view overlooking the sea, at the end of the garden - where we sat with a bottle of fizz - is also better than any pub or bar you can find. We will be returning!

A really good find, the flat was spotless with extremely comfy beds. We were only 2 guests but it would sleep 6 comfortably (2 double beds and 2 singles). It has an old-fashioned charm and is well-equipped

A really fabulous apartment with incredible views over Lyme Regis. Christina was an amazing host and always on hand if needed. I have never stayed anywhere which had such comprehensive information provided on the apartment and the surrounding area. We would definitely come back.

Lovely clean flat on second floor with great sea views. "Tide" bar/restaurant on ground floor good spot for breakfast and drinks later, but closes before it becomes an issue for noise. Flat is clean, spacious and has everything you would need. Communication very good. Seaton was quiet in week before Easter, but apparently becomes more lively as the season gets going. Right on the South West Coastal path, we walked over to Beer for lunch, which was pleasant of hilly 40 minute stroll.

Sandra's apartment was as described. It was clean and comfortable and well appointed.The upstairs neighbour was quiet and polite. One really good feature are the indoor PIR lights We've never had these before in a AirBNB. Easy walk to get to the downs and coastal path by going through the caravan park although the road up is slightly steep. Thank you for a lovely stay. Dave and Mollie.

We had a wonderful stay in Cara‘s Portland cottage. We were there over Christmas week. Cara had decorated the house beautifully for Christmas and was really responsive to every request. We know Portland well and have many friends we were there to visit, so we already knew what a fabulous place it is to be. The cottage was really well stocked with all the equipment we needed and more. Cara left us a fabulous hamper of Christmas bits and bobs - so much we couldn’t get through it all! Thank you, Cara. We will be back!

Wonderful stay over Easter weekend, central location to explore and walkable to a friendly pub, The Red lion, very reasonable prices. The house was spotless and communication great.

We had a great break in Swanage, and loved staying at Rookery Cottage. The location is great, just 12-15 minutes from the town, beaches and steam railway. It’s on a main road but you don’t notice much noise once inside. The cottage is spotless and we wouldn’t change a thing, Katherine and Brian have thought of everything. They were really responsive in the run up to the holiday and helped with recommendations of places to go with our dog. They even left a lovely welcome pack with some dog biscuits which Tommy loved! Highly recommend this for a Swanage stay!

The house was ideal for our Christmas guests. Louise and Barry could not have been more helpful and kind and we loved the Christmas decorations!!

Meet or exceeded our expectationms. Very clean and well maintatined. Great views over rugby field. Only slight problem was internet going down on last night which the hosts responded immediately to try to resolve even offering to visit late at night to fix. We would definently return.

Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to everything, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The Annex is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Tony and Caroline welcomed us and we appreciated the thoughtful extras provided. The location is perfect for walking into Weymouth and also around the coast - we had a really lovely stay :)

We had a lovely couple of days stay here. The flat was immaculate and as described. Brilliant instructions of how to access the flat and where to find everything. Really kind extras which were a lovely surprise and just made the stay so much more special. We will definitely be back because of the lovely flat and the location of Corfe castle. Beautiful apartment in a great location with amazing sea views. Situated on a quiet road in walking distance to Lyme Regis. The apartment was very clean and well equiped for an enjoyable stay. Melanie was an excellent host and loved the added touch of a welcoming box of biscuits. Would come back again for sure.

What a fantastic little place! Great for a base to explore area with so many good food choices minutes away (not to mention a great pub opposite serving local cider). Will definitely use this place again. Loved it!!

The apartment is beautifully furnished and is in a lovely part of Lyme. We felt very at home and would love to return one day.

We had a few days at Nicole's bnb. it was in a lovely quiet spot within a few metres of the beach. The flat was clean and tidy with a very comfortable kingsize bed. We didn't eat our meals at the flat, but the kitchen was very well equipped and had a very modern bathroom. Very pleasant for a short stay.
