Great little flat, with lots of charecter. Easy to find and park. Loved the shop idea, we were eating buffet at a party later that night so did not want a big tea, we thought lets get settled at the flat then nip for food, well we did not have to as Alison had supplied us with lots of freebies plus a well stocked freezer and cupboard with food to buy, a little shop in the flat, amazing idea. Will Definitely stay again

The apartment was great, centrally located, clean and well supplied. The hosts were very responsive and completely approachable with any questions we had. Only tiny downside was the blinds in the bedrooms weren’t amazing and let in a LOT of light. Also, because of the location, it could be quite loud at night. But that’s understandable given the location which was so close to the theatre and train station.

Had a fantastic 2 night stay in Manchester for the marathon. The apartment was lovely, spotless, and comfortable. The parking was a huge bonus, and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, super kind, responsive, and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!

This was my first time using air b&b and it was so easy to do, rob was an excellent owner he was fast to respond, left clear instructions about respecting his property and give us helpful advice of rough taxi prices ect. The property was fairly big and we were able to all to spread out, which our group of girls. I would definitely book again if we was to go back to Liverpool!

Andrew was an exceptional host! The place was even more spacious and cozy than the photos suggested, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Andrew went above and beyond—he kindly added a full-length mirror to one of the bedrooms just for our stay (which was perfect for getting ready for a family wedding), and he even managed to arrange an extra parking pass for us. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches—he provided cereal, water, milk, tea, biscuits, and croissants. It was a truly lovely and comfortable stay. I’d absolutely book here again. Thank you, Andrew, for your generous hospitality!

Good stay. Few things could have been improved but happy overall.

This is a great find. It’s close to the university and wonderful dining options. It’s also nearby the Peak District, easily accessible by bus. Highly recommend!

We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

We had a lovely 3 night stay here and we would recommend to anyone visiting Sale or Manchester. Rachel is a great host, we had everything we needed in the apartment. To get to central Manchester was very easy using the tram. Would definitely return when we come back to Manchester.

Had a wonderful stay. The flat is stunning and have taken a lot of inspiration for my own. I love how close it is to the train station, town centre and gardens which we enjoyed using. We had everything we needed the kitchen is kitted out so we made food there instead. I would definitely stay here again!

Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond, accomodation was clean and comfortable for our stay.

Michelle’s place was absolutely what we needed. We booked on the same day for a last minute booking after our original place fell through. Michelle was super prompt and ensured we could stay at her place, which was really appreciated! Her place is clean, spacious and in a great location. It has everything you need.

Stayed at David's place over the Easter weekend and had a great time. David's flat is top notch, tastefully decorated, high ceilings, clean. Two large bedrooms. Settled in really well due to the homely cosy feel of the place. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to Lytham centre with his bustling shops, bars and restaurants. A great stay at a great place.

We were visiting family nearby and this was an ideal place to stay. It's a great location, looking out towards the dunes, 2 minute walk to the beach. Lynne was so lovely and helpful, would stay here again!

Lovely little place. Loved the hot tub and the swinging chairs on the balcony. So peaceful! Had everything we needed for our stay. Gary was very helpful and friendly and communication was great. Would definitely recommend! Carlito's pizza, a 2 minute walk outside The Park Place Pub is a must too. Absolutely delicious.

Lovely stay, in a nice private area but not too far from the local village with cute little pubs. Would definitely stay again, only fault was that all the plants attracted little flys everywhere and the skylights are beautiful but would definitely take an eye mask to avoid being woken up early.

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

Very good apartment. Warm and comfortable. The hot tub is a great addition. Especially after a nice walk around the area. The pub across the road is a very welcoming friendly pub and the food was tasty. Great comms and host. Thanks and probably see you again!
