A very comfortable home like space, with all cool places nearby. Loved how well maintained the house was including all necessaties for the stay. The check- in experience was also really smooth and Anand was always available a call away.

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

This place cannot be replaced with another stay…… on the whole it’s a total package. The host was always available through and the service was on point. Great location and a wonderful house. We had a good time! We went as a group of 7 women. The house has a caretaker to address any needs or concerns which is good, but at the same time it felt like the caretaker's lingering presence and the presence of cameras particularly around the swimming pool area made it feel like there was limited privacy.

Great place. The caretaker was very helpful. We were family of 10 with 2 elders, the place was really comfortable. Recommended for family get together.

Perfectly located near/in the center of Mahabalipuram. Great view from the roof deck. Neighboorhood and Neighbors were wonderful and friendly. Lots if of food iotuons and things to stroll by inckuding the beach!!
