Karen’s place is incredibly spotless and nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious with kitchen and bathrooms fully loaded. Beds are comfy and linens are comfortable. You won’t be disappointed. The check in was flawless once you get past finding the actual location & parking. It is a bit tricky, despite Karen’s great instructions. I must’ve missed the part where the front exit is right on the main highway in Parksville. It is very loud and the beds do shake with traffic passing by. Two of the bedrooms have no windows which felt a bit “dungeon”. The place feels like maybe it was a store front or office buildings before becoming living space. All in all, a great space just a few details lacking in the building description. Location to the beach, town and playground is awesome, you couldn’t get any closer. Parksville is so lovely. A quick drive to Coombs for a fun afternoon! Value wise we felt like we got to enjoy our stay without feeling financially taken advantage of. Thanks!

Absolutely worth every penny! Great place to stay. Comfortable, well equipped and charming. They will make you wonder what they are cooking in the main house and the amazing aromas waft your way as you go to enter but that’s not a bad thing - inspiring actually! Highly recommend.

Super cozy! Great location and amazing ocean front view. The place was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Qualicum.

Magical!! Even more beautiful than the photos. The place was exceptionally clean and hosts very responsive. Communication excellent. I would love to come back here and just sit and enjoy the view some more.

A wonderful stay in an absolutely stunning location! The photos and description are perfectly accurate, and the place is wonderful to spread out relax or use as a homebase while visiting Sidney. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and stocked full of amenities, and the kitchen is very functional with a great open room and beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Victoria is about a 25 minutes drive away (depending on traffic) but the suite is close to many amenities including stores, restaurants, the Victoria Airport and the ferries to Vancouver. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The stay at Jason's was peaceful and refreshing. It's a beautiful spot and nice and clean.

We really enjoyed staying here! Perfect size for two people. It feels so warm and private to walk through the beautiful gate in to the perfectly manicured courtyard. Christine gave excellent, clear instructions on how to use the fancy shower. We very much appreciated the washer and dryer, and access to streaming on the TV. Kitchen is a small galley, but it suited us just fine. Elegant, clean bathroom with the coolest shower ever, and the luxury of a bidet. Would definitely stay here again. Private, safe, and well-cared for. Met Christine once and she was lovely and welcoming. Also, this is quite close to a great brewery! Bonus!

Home away from Home, is how I would describe this. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were not only welcomed there but that we could feasibly own this place. We stayed a total of 5 nights, and were began to feel sad after the 4th night, knowing we would have to leave. Being literal steps from the ocean made for beautiful sunsets and serene mornings. The area is fairly well protected from winds as we were facing a North-West direction. The indoor pool, hot tub, gym and games room are all within a quick 3-minute walk. The indoor pool is very large with a large shallow area for the kiddo's. Indoor pool has a Dry Sauna as well. The hosts, Kimberly and John, are very communicative. There is a provided binder with local amenities and Places of Interest. We took their suggestions and had a wonderful time getting to know the area! All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We have officially decided that we will be making Vancouver Island our yearly destination.

We had a fabulous time with our kids at Andrew’s house, it’s situated in a lovely quiet setting with a balcony to take in the magical views of the beach. The house had everything we needed, to enjoy our stay. We had a short walk to the beach and lovely walk in the forest. All local shops within 5mins drive in Parksville and would also hugely recommend the Parksville community park for the kids to burn off energy. I would hugely recommend The Mount Arrowsmith Brewery for lunch , great service .

We had such a nice and relaxing getaway at Dana’s place. The kids loved being able to walk down to the beach and had some board games to play by the fire on rainy afternoons. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Would love to stay again.

Bench 170 is a very special spot. As my nephew said on arrival, it's 10 out of 10. The house is beautiful and everything was of top quality, the proximity to the beach so great, and we've never experienced such thoughtful touches in all our combined travels. The home had everything we could anticipate, including laundry facilities, pantry items, toys for kids. It was a great combination of a gorgeous holiday home and it being a comfortable livable spot.

The views were beautiful and the location was perfect! Right by the beach and close to everything. The place was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful quiet home. Big sunny deck lots of chairs and space for all 6 of us. Enjoyed the bbq. Private beach access. Modern clean cabin. Very comfy beds. Kids loved the bunk beds. Awesome to have access to a washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It’s bigger than the pictures show. Would love to come back. Highly recommend.

We loved this amazing view home in Nanaimo. It is comfortable and extremely clean. Brian is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. He has gone the extra mile to make your stay memorable by having so many extras available for your enjoyment like kayaks, crab traps and even extra shoes! The home has an incredible view and water access that offers a beautiful place to relax each day. We saw orcas, humpbacks, and otters from the deck! My 4 yr old grandson loved watching the ferries and float planes. Nanaimo was so fun. We are planning on coming back and definitely want to stay at this home again.

A lovely tranquil space with a large deck looking out to sea. Beautiful details, wooden finishing, and lots of character in the room. There were thoughtful details such as lots of towels, some tea bags and coffee. It was very peaceful and quiet and a short walk to the beach. Charlie was very responsive and is a warm and welcoming host.

I recently stayed at Ashley's place, and it was an exceptional experience! The property was exactly as described (and even better in person). It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, especially the view was amazing. I loved the closed huge backyard too because of my dog. Ashley was incredibly welcoming and providing clear communications. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We definitely gonna stay at this place again. This time Summer.

Our family loved the spacious, bright two bedroom layout! The furnishings are beautiful, and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and the water views from the balconies were a wonderful bonus. The amenities are fantastic, the restaurant is conveniently close, and the pool, gym, and sauna are great additions. The outdoor hot tub feels like a natural hot spring & the 12ac beach front resort allowed for coastal exploration. Tannis was a great host & very friendly. We’ll hope to stay here again in the future.

Bonnie’s place was great, it was clean, quiet and comfortable! The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the kitchen was very well stocked! Bonnie was friendly and communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would stay again.

Randy and Barb’s home was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and it’s even more lovely than the photos. The view is unmatched. We watched the tide come in and out each day. The peaceful water views are a dream. We usually visit Florida each year and this year we wanted to stay in Canada. My family had a fabulous time and we can’t wait to come back. Our three year old loved the playground and the kids hot tub that had a slide! Endless fun. The resort has a delicious restaurant, a spa, trails and kayaks. Everyone was so friendly. The Strands was a beautiful place to do a little sister trip with our little babies. It was peaceful and it was so nice being so close to the beach and the amenities of the resort available. The unit itself was amazing. It was so well decorated and beautifully designed. Everything was very well thought out and we felt really comfortable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone!

We loved Heidi’s place. It is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is fully equipped, including complimentary coffee. Bathroom and bedroom are comfy and clean. Lots of room to get comfy on the living room sectional. Beautiful location by the creek.

This was our second stay at an Airbnb in Nanoose Bay at the Pacific Shores resorts. Chelsea's place was top of the line. As described, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Comfortable for the 6 of us who stayed. We loved the location and lay out of the condo, and loved being able to utilize the resort amenities as well. We hope and plan to stay here again next year and for many more to come!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Our only regert was not booking long enough. The kids enjoyed the walking path and the pool and outdoor hot tub. We played a few games of pool as well, that was a big hit for our boys. We would definitely book again, next time for a longer period.
