We had a wonderful stay! We loved the wild goat that visited us almost everyday! The house was beautiful and more spacious than we thought from the photos. Would definitely stay again!

Came to take our 8.5 year old dog to see mountains. The Garden Cottage was squeaky clean, comfy cozy, and fantastic. The flowers and plants were gorgeous; I felt like a hobbit in the shire (high compliment). We cooked every night and never were without. Excellent WiFi, quiet area. The rooms don’t have ceilings so you can hear the TV In the living room or room next to you but honestly, yall will all be tuckered out. It gave it a summer camp vibe and each room had its own fans that would drown out noise if you wanted it too (plus AC). We will certainly be back And sharing this gem with our friends.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very neat and the hot tub was a great bonus. Also, the whole area is private and cozy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Claudia did a great job of staying in touch with us when needed.

This was by far the best trip my wife and I have ever taken. We were able to totally disconnect and spend time with one another. April and Daniel really made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the most comfortable it could be. We’re looking forward to returning in the near future!

it was great Peaceful what I was looking for

We stayed here for my daughter’s spring break and had a great weekend! The hot tub was great and we toasted s’mores in the fire pit in the back. We also went and visited DeSoto Park just a short drive away for a fun day of hiking and hit up Mentone Market for some pizza afterwards. Such a great place for a relaxing getaway!

Matt’s home was beautiful. Fairy tale cottage in the mountains—close to great hiking and rivers. The space was lovely and relaxing, hot tub was a wonderful way to wind down the night. Can’t wait to return.

I was surprised at how lovely this place was both the house and the surrounding beauty! I had 10 adults and 5 kids coming and going and the place accommodated us comfortably. The kitchen was phenomenal! I also took advantage of Blair's offer of the "petting" barn. Both she and her husband gave my grandkids forever memories as they introduced and let the kids pet the farm animals! I highly recommend this place - it is worth it!

Charles and Ruthie are wonderful hosts who truly care about their guests. Charles is incredibly responsive and always quick to take care of any maintenance issues. He gets things done efficiently and without hassle. But it is Ruthie who brings the heart. She is the absolute embodiment of Southern hospitality. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, she makes you feel right at home. Her kindness is not just surface level. It is the kind that sticks with you long after your stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to other guests. If you are looking for a place that feels both comfortable and cared for, this is it.

This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet in a cozy space. The beds were comfortable. The stream and waterfall in the backyard were the best part, in our opinion. Our main reason for visiting the area was Ruby Falls and Rock City Gardens, which were awesome! Being native Floridians it really boggles the mind! This house is about 30 minutes away from all the go to places. But it did meet our needs in providing a change of pace and scenic views while being dog friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and blankets. We loved that it was a pet friendly home. And THE VIEW!! The view was incredible. We were able to watch the sun set each evening from the deck.

Allison was great! Let a couple of my groomsmen check in early and ended up even giving two of them a ride to where they needed the day of checkout. She went above and beyond, highly recommend! I will say though, steepish gravel driveway. Doesn’t matter for me since I drive a truck but could matter for anyone that might drive a low car.

Tina’s place was perfect for our family! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was just as described but even better than we expected! We brought 4 dogs along with us. The fenced gates on the front and back porches along with the fenced yard were perfect for them to run around and play. Even though we have vacationed in Monteagle at least 10 times, we used her book of recommendations to try out different activities and places to visit. This vacation away from everything is just what our family needed. Not listed in the description was that the TVs can be used to log into your streaming services. This made our stay extra comfortable! We will definitely be back!

This bnb was very lovely and perfect size for our family of 4 + 1 (dog). We are Mitzi on the way in and enjoyed her bright smile and outgoing hospitality. We especially enjoyed the fire flies, shiny star, and donkey- Sparks in the back yard. Beautiful surrounding and convince location to hit all the gorgeous waterfalls.

Great place for my wife and I to spend a long weekend. Walkable to trails (and a coffee shop and restaurant/bar) in a nice neighborhood. Perfect amount of space and nice. Would definitely stay again.

Bryan Cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay in Dayton. Older house with modern feel. Beds, bathrooms and living areas were very nice and comfortable. the front porch was perfect for some fresh air and even to see the double rainbow after an afternoon rain shower. Also, was within walking distance to the lake and fishing areas. We were there for a soccer tournament at NACA. We love the outdoors. Went to the Laurel and Snow falls area. We were not able to make it all the way to the falls due to time constraints but there are plenty of cool photo ops for the first 30-40 minutes for the hike. Beautiful river and small falls along the way. Also visited Wildcat Hollow Falls in Graysville. Very quiet and secluded hike. Not as nice of scenery as Laurel Falls area but still nice. Again, due to time constraints, we were unable to make it all the way to the falls. Would also highly recommend taking a 45-50 trip to Fall Creek Falls State Park. Beautiful area and awesome waterfalls.

Great place and amazing stay. Looking forward to a return trip. Amazing 5 day get away for my mom, sister, and I.

A nice peaceful escape. Not too secluded or too busy, it was a nice retreat that brought back memories of visiting grandma and grandpa’s house in a warm and inviting way.

For a cozy cottage, the rooms were spacious. The neighborhood felt very safe and conveniently close to downtown. My guests were adults, but this could really work for a family with kids. It is pretty but doesn’t have a lot of breakables kids might break. The kitchen was well-equipped. The host was very responsive and I will recommend to friends.

The River House is in a beautiful, peaceful place right on the river with birdsong choruses in the mornings and evenings. When we were there, we could hear a small, rushing brook. The house has tremendous charm and there were a lot of nice touches to make guests feel very welcome! We were in Chattanooga for work and I couldn’t wait to be back there at the end of the day. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Tena!

This place is just beautiful! It is so serene and not one detail was missed. Everything is perfectly clean, decorated and labeled. The beds and pillows were super comfortable too. It felt just like home to us! We really enjoyed our mornings on the porch watching the wildlife. We even saw deer and an adorable groundhog! Check in was a breeze with our great host! Would absolutely love to visit again and will definitely recommend to anyone we know heading to this area!

This tiny cabin was absolutely beautiful, we stayed the weekend for a wedding in the area and it was so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to going back one day ❤️
