We had a fantastic stay at the cottage and an amazing time at the farm. This trip was a birthday celebration for our daughter and the owners made it very special for her. We loved everything about our trip and our stay, we highly recommend staying at the cottage and visiting the farm and can't wait to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Joy's little house. We wanted to be north of Atlanta to visit different family and also get to Atlanta for some tourists attractions like the zoo and aquarium. We thought it was easy to get into the city and centrally located to our family. The place was perfect for our family of 4 and had extra touches making it feel more like a high end hotel than a traditional AirBNB. We loved driving in and out of the house and seeing the horses running free and the home is on an absolutely beautiful piece of property. My kids loved the space upstairs so much also. I would highly recommend this location. We did meet Joy and she was so friendly and nice.

Wonderful location just minutes from restaurants. Also, easy access to I-185. Nicely equipped cottage on a beautiful lot. Quiet. If you like animals there is a very friendly cat that will hang out with you and a horse pastured right by the driveway that likes apples and carrots. Dianna is very friendly and responsive. We stayed for eight nights and we don't have a single complaint. If we visit the area again I would not hesitate to stay here again. If you like baseball the cottage is an easy twenty minute drive from the Clingstones parking lot.

Awesome little getaway. From fishing to riding the trails on the property l and splashing around in the pool. It was peaceful. Kids had an awesome time.

First of all, let me start with saying that Margaret is an absolutely FANTASTIC host. I messed up my departure date and didn’t realize it until the day of, after check out time (first time that has ever happened to me, horrible!😭) and she was SO HELPFUL, so understanding and just the absolute best!!❤️❤️❤️ Margaret’s place is very cute and neat. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need (the big Christmas mugs were my favorite!). I loved all the fluffy blankets and the electric fireplace was a nice touch too, since it was really cold this week. The view over the mountains and pastures is really pretty too and the house is very centrally located, close to Franklin but in a quiet area.

This adorable tiny house was exactly what we needed for a few days away. Just a short drive away from the downtown area and close to Grant park, but it felt so peaceful and private. The Summerhill neighborhood is so cute - I loved seeing all of the sweet houses.

Gorgeous and peaceful barn. Lots of games provided, comfortable beds and warm showers. Not too far from Rome, GA. Pictures do not do it justice!

My husband and I, and our dog, had such a relaxing and fun time at the farm. When we walked in it felt like when I was a kid at my grandparents farm. Warm, welcoming, and nostalgic. Watching the animals through the huge window while sitting at the dining room table was peaceful and entertaining at the same time. The tour of the farm, meeting the animals, and hearing the farm sounds was good for our souls. It’s far away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to shopping and restaurants. This is a great experience for senior nature lovers, and kids of all ages. Becky and Aaron are wonderful hosts. Very responsive, I don’t think Becky sleeps, lol. We had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. We will definitely try to get back next year, and hopefully the years following. Highly, highly recommend!

Very lovely cabin, extremely peaceful with great amenities ! I had a good time here. The decor is nice. Despite a few things, such as that the cabin does look slightly bigger in the photos + there are a few other cabins/homes in view (expected it to be a lot more isolated/private), I still rate this a 5/5! The cabin is in range of plenty other northern cities or even other states! It was great to be able to walk down the road to see the horses, and then further down some friendly goats and cows!

This beautiful and cozy home had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Our kids absolutely loved the outdoor space and the inside was clean with all the amenities we needed. Doris and Shanna really thought of everything and left little touches that meant a lot- s’mores ingredients and sparklers for the kids, comfortable bedding with extra blankets, family games etc. It’s been our favorite place we’ve stayed at thus far. We felt secluded but it was only a quick drive for food and outdoor adventures. If you want a mountain retreat to refresh your soul, look no further!

Charming, comfortable, squeaky clean home. Host was responsive and welcoming. Easy access from I-65. Lovely and quiet setting with hosts' farm across the street. Spent one night on our way to Florida. Wished we could have stayed longer!

A peaceful and private countryside escape just minutes from Ooltewah! This stay was everything we hoped for—quiet, charming, and full of character. Cynthia was incredibly accommodating, even with our last-minute booking. If you’re looking for an authentic Tennessee homestead experience, this is it. The goats (and their loyal guard dog, Sampson) were an absolute delight—feeding them treats was such a fun touch. One of our favorite memories was watching our daughter on the big tree swing and our dog exploring the fenced yard as the sun set. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful loft is equipped with all you need. The bed was so comfortable, awoke resting and ready for another long drive. stayed here before and will definitely stay again if available.

I had a great time at The Barn Loft! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. I felt totally safe and relaxed the entire time. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb stay!

Arlene and Jimmy are friendly and gracious hosts. Three of us rented the place for a couple months while working in the area. They cleaned for us every two weeks and took out our trash weekly. Met all of our needs and easy to work with. The house is secluded but close to many things. It is a great home to escape to after a hard day’s work.

We loved our weekend getaway - Laura and Todd were great hosts! The log house was spacious and had everything we needed. It was very private and had tons of space for the kids to run around. They really enjoyed seeing the cows, and Todd gave us a tour of the farm which was great. The area is beautiful and there are numerous great hiking spots just a short drive away. We would love to come back again!

We rent AirBNB several times a year, this is going in the books for our very favorite one! Pam & her husband are super nice, had great recommendations. The house adorable, the property beautiful ! I can't say enough good! We'll be back!

The home is in the country, but not too far away from restaurants and Ingles. Just like the pictures the home is decorated in the country style which is very nice. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable and that was a blessing! You can tell Amanda has put her heart, time and energy into the house. We were well pleased with our stay there.

Stayed at Sandra's place while visiting family in Rome ,which is about 20 minute drive away. Home was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable located in peaceful rural setting. Enjoyed seeing the animals in pasture. Was a pleasure to meet Sandra and husband. Our visit was in last week of December ,hope to visit again in future when landscape is in bloom and pool is open.

We had a nice, relaxing stay. The place was decorated nicely, clean and very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. It was fun to watch the birds and goats and feed treats to their sweet kitty. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. A charming farmhouse in a peaceful setting. Couldn’t have asked for anything better than for a girls weekend of wine and relaxing. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Rachel is a great host. We will definitely be back!!
