What an incredible location! We loved the sea views and being able to walk into Herne bay for an ice cream so easily. You had everything we needed and were so helpful if we ran into any problems. Don’t miss visiting this gem if you get the chance!

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

We have just returned home from a week’s stay at Karen‘s house. It was a home from home with lots of space for our family of five and very clean. Karen was super helpful and responsive, she even went as far as leaving presents out for our children that they loved and food items for our stay. The house is centrally located for shopping, the seafront, park and many other local attractions. If you are thinking of staying here, we highly recommend and would book again. Thank you Karen!

We had a lovely stay at Kate’s place! A great location for a family get together near the beach. There are lovely cafes & deli’s within walking distance in Sandgate. And the location was also great for exploring Folkestone & the local area. A fab spacious home, we would stay again! Thanks Kate as well for helping with the heating & being really responsive with messages, it really made a difference :)

We primarily chose Slip Cottage for its location and private parking, as we know parking in Whitstable can be difficult. The cottage was just minutes from the sea front and surrounded by nice Independent shops and galleries. There were so many places to eat that we only used the very well equipped kitchen to make cups of coffee! The location is down a private lane, not a through road so very quiet. The neighbours were very friendly. Although only a double, the main bed had a really good mattress and was very comfortable. All the furnishings were good quality, with twin beds in the second bedroom. With two full bathrooms there was a choice of shower or bath, plus a downstairs loo as well! Stephen was a great host offering lots of advice about favourite places to eat. He also kindly texted once the cottage was ready so that we could go in earlier than the published arrival time. All in all a great find which we would happily return to.

Had an absolutely lovely time. Incredible house for a big bunch of us. Wonderful hosts that made everything easy and enjoyable. Will definitely stay again.

We would definitely recommend this house. Janet was a great host, always responsive, and we really appreciated the early check-in and the provisions in the fridge. The house felt like home straight away and had everything we needed. It was lovely to be right opposite the beach. We really liked Hythe and the surrounding area and will definitely come back.

This was the second time we stayed at Mario's cottage in Hythe and we loved just as much - if not more - than the first time. The cottage is so cozy and the street very quiet, everything is clean and tidy and Mario was in touch every day to make sure we were OK and had everything we needed. It's definitely our favourite spot to stay at when we're down in Hythe. Highly recommend!!

As we walked in my son said ‘wow’ and that was all of our reaction! We have stayed in a caravan on this site before but this was a lodge and it was so much bigger! Great living space, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a veranda! 40min lovely walk along the beach/promenade into Whistable and great foodie pub just across the road (the Oyster Pearl). We had a great couple of nights here, we wished we had booked longer!

A lovely getaway for my family. The Caravan was beautifully presented and the holiday park had lots for the kids to do. The heated outdoor pool was a bonus. Thank you Jill for a wonderful holiday

Lovely short stay, very close to the beach where we spent a lot of time with the children. Nice park at the site and lots of space to play outside. Caravan was clean and well looked after and the deck area was a nice touch to give added outdoor space and seating. Lots of the owners decor in the van which made it a little stressful with a toddler who wanted to explore everything but no problem for the older children.

We had a lovely stay in this caravan. Had most things you would have at home, dishwasher was a bonus. Beds were comfortable. The only niggle we had was with cleanliness, we found an opened pot of yoghurt on the kitchen side, some dirty cutlery in the draw and there were some crisps next the bed in main bedroom.

Hina always replies straight away, had to clean kitchen and Hina refunded the costs, caravan is in a good spot, walking distance to beach and arcades, driving distance to superstore, passes for clubhouse are very expensive, kitchen could do with more plates, bowls, cutlery as not enough for amount of people that can be accommodated, sharp knives, chopping board, baking trays and cooking utensils as none supplied in caravan, have messaged Hina directly about this. enjoyed our stay but had to eat out due to kitchen issues but would book again if everything was put in the kitchen, the caravan is lovely and spacious so plenty of room for everyone to have space. nice to have parking space outside caravan and the fob to get back in barrier after being out instead of having to be let in. The price for the week was very reasonable. Easy check-in if the people beforehand leave on time so the cleaners can get in on time. Hina was very apologetic about having to wait but it wasn't Hina fault.

We all had a wonderful weekend in your lovely caravan. We used the club and the pub lovely food. Loved the tea coffee left for us you really went that extra mile so kind

Me and my family had a great stay. The cottage was just perfect and had stunning view of the sea. The low action is great just a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of space in the cottage and great shed to store bikes. Gabrielle was a very responsive host and was very helpful. We will be back to stay in the near future and would highly recommend

Our third visit, certainly wont be our last. Always super fresh and clean, everything you could possibly need. Have never slept well even in very high end hotels due to hard beds or just poor quality but Carol uses high quality beds and bed linen so we always sleep well at 3c. Also super soft and always new looking towels. Hopefully we get time to return soon.

Nancy is an excellent host,and her flat is lovely place to stay. it's exactly as it described in the photos. she is relaxing available to message when we had queries. Her flat is spotless and well designed. Great for work/study stays. The rooms are clean and spacious, bathrooms were clean as well. when we had a small issue, Nancy promptly sorted that out. I am happy to come back and highly recommend. Many thanks for hosting us.

Debra was an amazing host- very informative & friendly! The accommodation was 5 stars- beautifully clean and well kept! 2 min walk to the beautiful beach- 15 mins walk to Whitstable. Perfect location & get away! Love to come back :)

Stunning High end finished property in a lovely part of Leigh-on-Sea. The host was terrific with helping us have a truly good stay. The house is literally the best Airbnb we have stayed in this area. The garden is a terrific space and lovely views over the estuary and with sunrise to sunset it has a wonderful position. The place was immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. With all the walkable restaurants, shops and bars it's difficult to check out and not want to move in full time. Really worth booking if you can get in at any time. Thank you!

Pristinely clean bungalow right next to the seafront. Fully accessible for those who need it, with wider walkways and doorways for wheelchair users. Little garden out the back for the dog, and space for two cars on the front drive. A stone’s throw from the promenade and beach, this place is a must for well behaved dog owners. Fiona was a great host, friendly and responsive, and the bungalow has been set up so it’s super easy to get in and use the facilities.
