Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. En Drôme provençale, à côté de Grignan, entre vignes et lavande, notre gîte est le seul de la propriété. Il se trouve à l'étage, pour quatre personnes adultes, attenant aux mas des propriétaires. Pièce à vivre de 48 m2, avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée, coin détente avec téléviseur 127 cms, climatisation. Suite parentale de 35 m2 avec douche italienne, double vasques, wc indépendant, climatisation. Mezzanine de 30 m2. Les deux lits font 160X200. Terrasse privative avec barbecue weber.
