Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

Carlos is a friendly and responsive host. Our family enjoyed everything about his place and we felt right at home. All 6 of us were very comfortable in this spacious and well appointed home in a nice neighborhood close to everything in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

George is so warm and friendly. We love his studio and the view was just breathtaking. We spent most of our time just sitting in front of the big windows. His art works even inspired us to do some sketchings of our own...and we have never drew/painted anything since back in high school many many decades ago! His backyard is also such a work of art.... the beautifully landscaped koi pond, the giant rock sculpture with buddha, penguin sculpture...a pool that looks more like a beautiful water feature, spectacular azalea shrubs all made the whole backyard such a pleasure to look at as well as spend time in. At his studio space, we just decided to chill and enjoy living for the moment. We felt inspired and rejuvenated after our stay and we enjoyed our interactions with George very much and hope to have an opportunity to return to see him and his beautiful home again. Thanks for sharing your wonderful piece of heaven on earth with us travelers.

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

This is an AMAZING Airbnb. High quality blankets, towels, ornamental details throughout the space. Comfortable beds. Beautiful ambient lighting. Large backyard with a fire pit. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful houses, surrounded by water, with lovey little shores and nooks to walk to. My 4 year old had toys to play with and a little potty that all came with the home. I will DEFINITELY stay again. My family and I loved this place.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this house - our stay was absolutely sublime. The decor was immaculately curated, the house had all the supplies required to cook family meals, the sunset was to die for, and we had an absolute blast at the pool. Communicating with Dan and Tabitha was great, very professional and responsive. We stay at Patti's place twice a year for a time of reflection. The location is peaceful and restful, right on the water. Patti always has a plate of cookies waiting for us and lets us know about any changes. We had a cold, wet first day, so were particularly delighted to be able to use the new gas fireplace, which kept everything warm and cozy. We're booked in for late fall already!

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

The house was great and we were able to get Ubers to go to dinner. Beautiful house and stocked with everything you would need. We were on a girls weekend and had trouble with the locks but we just used the key. It could have just been us. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home.

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

Kenneth’s place was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and looked just like the pictures. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! We were able to walk easily to the nearby beach and it is only a few minutes from all of our favorite restaurants. If you’re looking for a few quiet and peaceful days away from everything, this is the perfect spot.

Steve gave us access to beach pass prior to check in. We spent the day at the nearby quiet beach. We went to his restaurant recommendation which was also on the water and an excellent choice. We went to his dinner recommendation x2 and both excellent choices. The house was perfect. Beds comfortable and hot water available in shower. Clean!! Bathroom spacious and clean! The backyard is peaceful and comfortable for happy hour. We will certainly be back. No problems no hassle. He’s warm and welcoming!

In many respects, the house is better than pictures. Heck, it's even better (and bigger) than it looks from outside. Also, if you're looking on google maps at the site and are worried it's right on the highway, well, that's kinda misleading too. Sort of. Because while it technically is, the driveway takes you over a hill, to the point where you would never know it. You can't see or hear it. And the property is massive. So you genuinely feel like you're in the woods. Another massive plus is the size. We had 11 people. Two families there for the holidays and it was absolutely perfect. Plus, the game room/man cave is major bonus as well. You are close to Wakefield for necessities and restaurants. And close to Newport and Providence as well, so it's nice that it's centrally located. The other I will say is that the property managers are VERY attentive/communicative. Among the best I've ever seen. Definitely would stay here again.
