The home features a California king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Inside, you’ll also find three flat-screen TVs, comfortable reclining chairs, books, board games, and ocean views from many rooms. Step outside to a spacious yard overlooking the water, with a private staircase that leads directly to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes cooking basics, an electric oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and all the dish ware you’ll need for easy meals at home. Plenty of parking space for cars, RV, ATV, boat, trailer, etc. Surrounded by adventure with the Empire Boat Dock only 1.7 miles away, the world famous Box Car Hill Dunes less than 20 minutes away, and World renown Bandon Dunes Golf Resort only a half hour away.

Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Perfect for a romantic weekend for two—or two couples traveling together who still want their own space.

Bay Cove Cottage A

On the Bay across from Charleston Harbor. Bright, clean, and cozy, rustic 1940s era cottage duplex, perfect for frugal travelers. Features kitchenette, comfortable queen bed plus fold-out sofa bed in the living room. There is no view from inside the cottage, but a small patio with fire pit (weather permitting) is available with gorgeous views from outside the cottage. Cottage A is close to Cape Arago Hwy., and receives more road noise than any of our other properties.

Ocean Bay Studio

Whether you're traveling down the Pacific Coastline, coming to visit a child at Southwestern Oregon Community College, or here on business, this is a great place for 1-2 people. The studio is located in a residential area close to Cape Arago Highway and stores. Super clean, comfortable queen bed, fully-equipped kitchen, 50" Flat Screen Smart TV, full bath, laundry facilities, and a fenced backyard with patio. We look forward to your visit!
