Great stay, got to enjoy the whole area with my wife and couldn’t have asked for a better place to really be together in.

We had a great stay at Jame’s place as a family of four on our roadtrip through Fort Smith. Cute, clean, and it had everything we needed to prep an easy dinner and breakfast. The beds were comfortable and we were even able to do our laundry. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening before bed.

absolutely beautiful on the inside and out. Definitely a place we would love to return to. The deck was great with the rocking chairs. To just sit in silence and take in the beautiful views is definitely a must 😍

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Rhonda was very accommodating (especially for our unique situation). Her special touches and beautiful decor made us feel right at home. One of the sweet messages in the cottage says, "May all who enter as guests, leave as friends". I feel we did just that. :)

A magical place. Everything was cozy and peaceful. Ava was responsive and gave INCREDIBLE instructions to find the place. You really can’t beat this place. The location is peaceful, beautiful, and close to lovely hiking - including right on the property! I can’t wait to visit again. My soul needs it!

This stay was absolutely breathtaking. My fiancé and I fell in love the second we arrived. The home was very neat and cozy, and felt just like a home should! The property looked even better in person! There was so much to explore and the cows were just too cute. The house had everything we needed to cook which was a huge plus because we cooked the whole weekend. The hosts were more than welcoming which made the trip so much better. We definitely will be coming back❤️

Second time staying here and enjoyed it even more. Peaceful and quiet location- woke up to birds singing outside the yurt. Very clean and comfortable. No wifi but no problem with that for a night. Hope to stay here again.

We loved staying here! There were 2 really friendly sweet dogs that greeted us when we arrived and as we were around the property. I’m sure they stayed because we gave them so much attention. We enjoyed visiting the chickens and Debbie was so kind to invite me to gather the eggs and bring them with us! We fed the catfish and thoroughly enjoyed watching that! We brought tackle but ended up not fishing. Conveniently located right off the highway, perfect distance between Booneville and Paris, great to access groceries and such without being in a town. There is a very helpful binder full of information about local eateries, the wineries in Altus, the mountains around-very thorough! The bathroom was gorgeous and so clean! We will be purchasing pillows like the ones on the bed, we loved them! Owners house is closer than I realized which wasn’t a problem at all! We saw them as we arrived but they worked so hard to give us privacy! 10/10! We hope to come back soon!

Danita was a kind and friendly host, who gave us recommendations to check out while we were in the area. She was flexible when we decided to stay an extra night, and made us feel right at home!
