Pornchai was very hospitable. They accommodated our large group of 10 people and 1 cat. We are happy with the stay.

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Great host and great place. Clear instructions and useful recommendations. Street food and convenience shops just a few steps away. 10mins walk to BTS via short cut through W food court and W district. Rare 8 bedrooms with fully equipped kitchen and big living hall for big groups to hang out. Had a great time. Thanks Susan!

Ning’s place was outstanding, 20 minutes drive from airport Don Mueang, accessible to most prime locations in 20-30 minutes by grab, very quiet during night and fully equipped and furnished, kitchen you would not even have same equipment available at your own home, they’ve got everything, same with rooms and bathroom, all amenities and hotel standards. It’s top notch and highest quality a three bedroom you can find in Bangkok! Highly recommended and you would never regret going there, 💯 safe and secure, great neighborhood.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay. The playground inside the complex is an added value for those like me who travel with children. The structure has everything you could need!

Лёгкое самостоятельное заселение. В квартире много мелочей, для уюта и удобства. Много посуды. С балкона действительно очень красивые виды на закат. Просторный тренажёрный зал. В бассейне не многолюдно, в основном люди приходят на закате, а до и после можно плавать в одиночестве. Очень тихо, соседей вообще не слышно. Получила удовольствие от проживания, была бы рада вернуться следующей зимой.

This place is nearby to Si Lom famous area. Next to a main road yet very quiet and peaceful. It was easy to find if, we used Bolt to travel around though BTS station is not too far away. The house is clean and extremely comfortable. This is amongst the best houses we have experienced in Bangkok. Everything was just great including the helpful assistant at the reception. Klass was so accommodating and we appreciate the service given. A must stay, will definitely repeat. Thank you!

I stayed at Arial's place for a month. It is very comfortable and clean with amenities for a long stay. Through it is small, it does have a private bedroom with a door, which a liked. The view from the high floor is also nice. The location is very good. It is away from the main tourist areas, but with very fast and easy access. Arial is a great host; she is very kind and polite, and she responds promptly to all requests and concerns. I highly recommend her place.

Everything was perfect! And the hosts were very responsive and accommodating to out requests! Would love to stay here again when we visit Thailand again in the future!

This was a great and convenient location ready for our flight home the following morning. Shirley was quick and easy to communicate with which helped and she organised a free shuttle to the airport the following morning which took a weight off our minds to try and arrange. The place was nicely situated and very clean and safe. would definitely use this place again 😊

Посуды достаточно много, сам комплекс на охраняемой территории с бассейном и тренажерный залом. Удобное местоположение, до метро 3 минуты пешком, в шаговой доступности крупные магазины и 7/11

The apartment was a great place to rest and relax during my adventures in Thailand. It was conveniently located next to many great restaurants, and Boonrat was a great help getting settled in and giving suggestions of places to go while I was waiting to check in to the apartment. The bathtub was great to soak in after a long day of Songkran fun. I will definitely be coming back soon and will stay here again.

extremely clean unit. the floors and all surfaces were spotless and free from clutter. We wanted a place a bit less crowded and noisy in bkk but still not be too far away from the main attractions, so the location was great for our family. keys were left with helpful guards that helped us open the doors etc. Is an older building but the unit is newly renovated and spotless. Thida also recommended private drivers during the new year which was hard to find. we enjoyed our stay for Songkran 👌

Looks like the photos. The view is stupendous. The place is in a busy area next to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel and find what you need, but the unit is high enough that it is very quiet. Izii is an excellent host, making sure we were comfortable, and made our stay seamless. Would stay again!

Xenia is echt een superhost! Ze gaf veel tips om te doen met kids in Bangkok, ze maakte heerlijk ontbijt/dinner voor ons klaar, was flexibel in het bijboeken van een nacht aan de helft van de prijs omdat we heel vroeg in de ochtend aankwamen in Bangkok en ze reageerde snel op vragen en handelde proactief (zoals het spontaan gaan aankloppen bij de buurvrouw op vrijdagavond om stiller te zijn). Echt geweldig!! Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden, maar dan echt alles: speelgoed voor de kinderen, badproducten en andere verzorgingsproducten, een babystoel, eten in de koelkast dat we mochten gebruiken,.. en het was superproper! Het appartement ligt buiten het centrum, maar de metro is vlakbij en maakt het makkelijk om alle hotspots in Bangkok te bezoeken. Er zijn veel indrukwekkende malls in de buurt en een leuke nightmarket op 5 à 10 min wandelen. Het zwembad was ook echt zalig om te verkoelen (en de glijbaan was den hit bij de kids). Great stay. I enjoyed my time staying at Parson's place. Unfortunately the pool was not available during my stay and I didn't know in advance before check-in. The equiped kitchen was a must have for me. The instructions to reach the place were very clear. The MRT and 7-11 nearby were very helpful. The Juristic staff were very polite and helpful. BnB also has a paid washer dryer. That helped too. Overall a comfortable stay and I would love to come back. This place would definately be on my Radar in future.
