Quiet and charming property a couple blocks from the beach. Lovely design and touches, environment is warm and very “LA” without trying too hard. Highly recommended!

Sabrina's place was easy to find, and super-well located for our Universal Studious visits. Only 10 min drive to and fro, minimizing the time on busy highways. The house is very spacious, all of our 11 party members had enough room and enough bathroom access. Plenty of space to park 2 cars in the driveway. Much quieter that one might think looking at the map with a freeway nearby - no traffic noise from there, and no traffic to speak of on the street. We really enjoyed staying here!

My family and I had a great time. The home was beautiful and spacious, with VERY responsive hosts which was great. I had a small issue with the pool heater where I couldn’t figure out how to turn it back on and the Host was quick(within minutes) to call and guide me. I would stay here again.

Melissa’s Silverlake home was perfect for our stay. We loved the thoughtful book and art collection, custom furniture touches, and overall feel of the house. It’s incredibly clean and felt very spacious. The backyard felt like a little sanctuary, all the beds had nice linens, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Very prime location close to everything, but still quiet and tucked away. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great time. Beautiful, quiet space and neighborhood. Lots of natural light and tasteful modern furnishings. Have already re-booked for next stay!

We loved Peter’s place! Highly recommended! Gorgeous place, wonderfully equipped, beautiful garden. The local neighborhood was so lovely. Peter is a great host, everything was clear, he’s responsive and attentive. We would certainly love to visit again

Absolutely beautiful location! Loved the private beach access. The property had everything you need. I loved how the space was very open concept and neat. The bathroom was exceptionally well done, from the auto toilet seat, the lights, and the rain shower. Would definitely come back again!

Canyon Ranch was just as described and matched the photos, we had a great trip. Unit B had plenty of space for all of us as we traveled with our pups, who loved being right next door to the park. The Canyon Ranch folks were super friendly and accommodating and kept us informed of anything going on around the complex. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and we felt right at home. Wifi worked very well too. There were other folks around staying in the other units, but everyone was really respectful and we never had any issues with the noise. Hoping to stay again in future trips to the area. Thanks!

Great location and comfortable stay The location is fantastic - just steps from the beach, with the added charm of harbor seal calls each morning. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable stay. We especially appreciated being able to bring our dog along - it made the trip even more special.

This place was very nice , it was like an in law suite. We stayed for a week, Martha was very responsive. The neighborhood was great and 2 mins from Starbucks and 18 mins from Disneyland. The place was clean and spotless.s overall we loved our stay and would come back :)

A great stay, helpful staff and beautiful location! It isn’t my first time staying in Oxnard Shores, and Channel Island Shores did not disappoint. It was a great location for the price with all the amenities you could want.

Chandra was present at check in and brought me right in for a tour. everything was better than described and she was super laid back and helpful. I would love to have the opportunity to stay with Chandra again. Thank you very kindly for being an excellent and accommodating host.

Jon was very helpful and responsive as a host. There was a slight mix-up in checking in but he cleared it up right away. The airbnb was clean and felt like home. Great amenities and Jon was as very accommodating.

Loved the location and proximity to all entertainment and the beach. Only one recommendation: replace and/or fix the sliding door and sliding screen.
