Nice place to stay with good location

We had a great stay at Alexandres apartment. It is clean and comfy with a nice view and the pool at the top of the building is amazing. Alexandre and Tifanny were great hosts with a lot of good recommendations and tips.

A nice room with comfortable bed, well working AC, and enough space to put our clothes. Everything was just as the pictures show. Close to the Russian market and to an area with good restaurants. Very close to a bus stop with super cheap public transport, although we mostly used the ap Grab to book a tuktuk. Julie is nice, friendly and helpful. She booked tickets for our onward travel. We totally recommend staying with her.

The place has great view & felt right at home. There's elevator so it's very easy to carry your luggages up & down~ Overally I had really good sleep & enjoyed being there. Hopefully next time Phi can clean it better & have paper roll in the toilet. I had to fight with 4 cockcroaches 🤣 but the receptionist was very helpful

Rathana nous a permis d’arriver en avance c’était bien pratique, le Airbnb est plus spacieux que sur les photos, un peu privé à l’écart, c’est paisible. Tout était propre, la chambre un peu en mezzanine. Légèrement éloigné du centre-ville cependant, mais ça coûte pas très cher en tuk tuk. Rathana est super disponible tout en vous laissant de l’espace.

My hosts were extremely friendly & helpful. They were always available. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was amazing, I haven't slept that well in a very long time ! Very convenient: the hosts offer a 2-wheeler/scooter rental service for those in need. The only inconvenience is outside of the hosts control: neighbors are very noisy especially on weekends. They sing their hearts away, cranking the volume up to max.

A beautiful and clean home and conveniently close to the airport! Leakhana was lovely and the communication was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We had such a lovely stay at Sophea‘s! We stayed here for the second time and would definitely come again. The pool and living room are amazing. Communication was very friendly and Check in super easy!

This is a neat and tidy apartment and located in walking distance to the riverside area and also an AEON mall. We found everything we needed in the apartment to cook simple meals. The cleaning service is very efficient and Eric also provides a water fountain for drinking water. He was responsive and helpful in our communication. The building is new and modern and our kids really enjoyed the playground. The wifi worked really well, the beds were comfortable and linen was good. Overall a good place to stay. The small negatives for us were that the pool was too cold to swim in and the tuk-tuk drivers out the front were trying to overcharge for trips, however neither of these are Eric's fault.

Très belle surprise A+! 10 minutes d'un excellent supermarché à l'européenne. Starbuck, pâtisserie française et restaurants chinois, japonais, cambodgiens, etc à 2 minutes ainsi que le Casino pour les intéressés. Arrivée et contact faciles. Localisation parfaite. Appartement avec vue superbe. Piscine et centre sportif extra et très facile d'accès. Équipement: excellent matelas, tranquilité pour dormir, tv et technologie A+, vue superbe, complexe sécuritaire complètement, eau potable avec réservoir dans l'appartement: un must, et plus encore... Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, demandez à votre hôte, il est super gentil et vous répond très rapidement. Nous y étions pour quelques jours et nous avons prolongé avec plaisir. Séjour très agréable A+! Merci Eric.

Photos reflect reality. Nice clean room, everything is new, in good condition. There are transparent curtains, so you can close yourself off from the windows of the building opposite. The room is very small, there is no place to even open a suitcase, but it is suitable for 1 person. You can buy water at the reception, 20 liters for $ 4 - this is very good.

Eric was a great host! Very professional and maintained communication throughout the process.

Lees place was excellent. Even though he was out of town, his brother helped facilitate checkin and checkout, was super responsive, and gave us THIRTY things to do in a Phnom Penh for food and activities!! Location was great and room was clean. We booked a second time for later in the week after exploring other parts of Cambodia!

The place is clean and okay. Prone to bugs but i think itt happened because the people who happened to have work on the veranda part, were there on day 2 quite long and that left bugs to come in but totally i had a great time. I feel at home and I'll book again if given the chance

Really nice location for us and the dib club was opposite which we used alot
