Excellent séjour, maison incroyablement bien équipée, vue à couper le souffle sur le lac, très bonne proximité d'Annecy et des stations de ski. Sebastien est un hôte très réactif et vraiment super sympa, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci Sebastien !

Excellent spot for a large group! Lots of cozy space for hanging out and all the amenities for cooking large meals. It’s quite remote so difficult to get to if you don’t have a car, but there’s small cute bakery for bread.

Séjour excellent, la maison est très spacieuse et agréable, avec un bel espace de jardin, au calme. Pour une famille avec enfants en bas âge . C’est un plus. Florence est une hôte très agréable et très réactive. Je recommande.

La maison de Thomas est incroyable avec une vue panoramique wahou, idéal pour un weekend en famille . La maison est tout équipé, avec multitudes d'équipements qui plairont autant aux adultes qu'aux enfants! Thomas est super hôte , réactif, disponible et amicale. Je recommande sans hésiter 😁

Wij hadden een fantastische gezinsvakantie bij Paulina en Frédéric. Paulina gaf fantastische aanbevelingen over leuke dingen om te doen in de regio. Wij hebben ervan genoten. Het huis is absoluut top voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen (speelgoed, trampoline, speelhuisje, …), het huis is zeer goed voorzien met airco, automatische gordijnen, … We zouden het zeker aanraden en we zouden terugkomen! Nogmaals bedankt, Paulina en Frédéric!

Das Haus liegt landschaftlich sehr schön, direkt am Fuß des Bergwaldes. Aus dem Pool hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Felsmassiv. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Saint Ismier verbracht. Für größere Ausflüge war es leider zu warm - dafür haben wir umso mehr Zeit im Pool verbracht.

Wonderful and comfortable house in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding, with an amazing host. Particularly recommended for families with kids. Location: Serene and beautiful surroundings, inside a private compound in the hills of Chambéry, while still being within walking distance from the center. Lots of privacy, with no direct views of any houses. Ideal for someone trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center. House and Amenities: Beautiful architect-designed house (just like in the pictures) with new and comfortable amenities. Very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need for cooking, washing, etc. Host: Brigitte was an amazing host, welcoming us on the first day and remaining extremely available and responsive to all questions and needs we had. She was sweet and caring, and genuinely concerned about our well-being and enjoyment of our vacation. Truly our home away from home. The most deserved 5-star review I've done in a while.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans la logement afin de pouvoir se retrouver entre amis le soir et skier la journée. Le logement est situé dans un hameau très calme avec une vue magnifique. Le logement semblait plus grand sur les photos mais il était très bien aménagé. Peut être une précision à apporter pour les personnes qui dorment dans la mezzanine : la pièce principale ne possède pas de volet. Idéal pour un wk au calme

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Maison spacieuse (à 13, nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds). Bien équipée. Bien placé pour le lac et la montagne. En temps de pluie les enfants ont bien profité du ping-pong et du baby foot.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en famille (12 personnes) dans cette superbe résidence à Pont-de-Beauvoisin. Le cadre est absolument idyllique : spacieux, arboré, et très bien aménagé, tout est pensé pour le confort et la praticité. La propriété est d’une grande beauté et invite à la détente. Brigitte est particulièrement sympathique et à l’écoute, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des moments inoubliables en famille ou entre amis !

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

La casa era esattamente come quella descritta. È stato un bellissimo weekend tra famiglie. Casa perfetta per i bambini. L’host è stato molto gentile, flessibile sugli orari di checkin e check out e affidabile. Esperienza molto bella!

Le logement est très confortable , et malgré la météo nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Lieu très calme et paisible . Notre hôte a été très réactif , agréable et toujours disponible . À refaire en été pour profiter pleinement du très bel extérieur .

Notre séjour chez Ivan a été très sympathique ! Son logement paisible, propre et très bien équipé nous a permis de profiter d'un super séjour. Situé à proximité du Lac d'Annecy, du lac du Bourget et de la Suisse (Genève), nous avons pu explorer beaucoup d'endroits magnifiques ! La communication sympathique avec Ivan qui a toujours su être réactif était fort agréable . Je recommande donc à 100% sans hésiter son logement 👍🏽😊

Notre week-end en famille s'est très bien passé. Nous avons été accueillis par Max à l'heure que nous avions convenue. Il a pu ainsi nous donné les consignes nécessaires au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Nos petites-filles ont pu passer une belle matinée au Domaine des Fauves, à proximité de la maison et nous avons terminé notre petite escapade par un pique-nique au bord du lac d' Aiguebelette pour le plus grand plaisir de tous. Merci à Max pour son accueil et pour la promptitude à répondre à nos questions.
