Fred was quick to respond to messages and was able to accommodate our last minute reservation. The apartment was clean and perfect size for our family of 4. We had everything we needed.

Gordon’s Abiqiuiu house is just perfection in every way. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. The views are stunning, the house is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. We’d definitely love to return!

Christopher was an unbelievable host. The house itself is beautiful and Chris made me and my family feel like it was our home away from home. Chris was always available if and when we needed anything but was also very respectful of our privacy. 100% anyone looking for a place in Pegosa Springs should book this home! Great place to stay in Pagosa.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pagosa Springs during our family ski trip! The location was perfect—conveniently situated between the fantastic town of Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek ski area, making it easy to enjoy both the slopes and local spots. The property was exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother. Finding the place was a breeze, and we couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic time at the house! Great amenities, and extremely clean. Also really appreciated the decorations all around the house.

The view from the floating dock was stunning. There was an abundance of wildlife around the lake. There are views from every room facing the lake. It's about 15 minutes from town which is a nice easy drive to the Hot springs or restaurants. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and a good size grill. The hot tub is a nice touch

We spent three days at Stardance and were very pleased with the beautiful location, the casita, and the marvelous quiet. The little nearby town of Abiquiu has all that one needs and there is a delightful restaurant as well. The only difficulty we had was that all communications on the day of arrival, including the pass code for the gate, were done through the Airbnb app and we did not have access to that. But it worked out fine; a staff member found us at the gate and let us in. Thanks for a wonderful place to visit. I am sure my family will be planning to come again. Najaria Esty

We loved staying at Aimee’s houses! We booked 2 houses that were steps apart. It was perfect for our group, which was my son and his girlfriend and me. Everything was just as advertised. Would definitely book again!

From the restored Wedgwood stove to the abundant book collection, Lynn has thought of every detail to make Casa Tacoya a perfect and restful stay. We enjoyed the many bunnies that roam the ground, and spent evenings watching the sunset on the porch. Lynn is a dream host- we can’t wait to return.

This place in Pagosa Springs is amazing! It’s a super clean and spacious home, and it’s just a short walk from the springs and all the cool restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

What a beautiful and tranquil home! Stocked with everything we could possibly need. We spent hours sitting by the river and enjoying the beautiful landscape. The night sky is spellbinding. The Milky Way is clearly visible and we saw many shooting stars. We loved hearing the coyotes howling in the distance. Close to Plaza Blanca, Ghost Ranch, and all of the treasures in O'Keefe Country. Treat yourself to a stay at this serene and spacious house!

Sid's Place is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. The layout of the property is very nice. A true log cabin in the woods. Met our family's needs perfectly. Very close to town and the ski area. The only advice I would give is: If visiting in the winter make sure your rental car has snow tires. Ours did not and making it up the mountain was a bit difficult. Well worth it when we did make it up but it took a few tries.

We had a blast. Joe was extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed the surrounding, you can sit outside and hear the river. We were blessed with snow, home was easy to manage. All and all 10/10

We had another unforgettable stay at the Red Ryder Cabin — our 5th time returning, and it never disappoints! We were once again able to unwind completely. The cabin is always spotlessly clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the comfortable beds ensure a restful sleep after a day of skiing. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return again next year. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Such a beautiful well appointed and clean home. The views are fantastic. Watched a hot air balloon several mornings from the deck. The home is stocked with high end everything you would need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again. Jan is wonderful to work with.

I loved staying at Jan's place in Pagosa Springs. It was a lovely place with plenty of space, quiet and scenic beauty. I stayed in a very roomy and exceptionally clean 2 bed room unit. I loved that it was on the bottom floor. The patio faced the property's lake, at night it was was so pretty. Stay a few days if you can, you won't regret it. Can't wait to go back!

We just stayed briefly as we passed through, but this was a nice property in a fun-looking resort. We wished we could have spent more time there!

We throughly enjoyed our week at Fred’s place, Elk Run. We had a bit of a hiccup at check in. The employee checked us into the wrong location, but after a few phone calls with Fred, he fixed the situation. We loved the location of Elk Run. Walking distance to the pool/hot tub. Easy to find, and super quiet (with the exception of the morning flicker on the fireplace pipe). I highly recommend property and would stay here again. Thank you Fred!
