We stayed 6 weeks and it felt like a resort. My family really liked the pool during the heat wave and the "basement" villa overlooking the sea was great for our teenagers to get away from us. Great location with easy access to shopping and the main road around Evia. Not great if you're looking for a place that doesn't need a car. The wifi is about standard for Greece and the islands. The host and his brother (Andreas) were amazing and responsive when we had problems or questions. There are several rentals within the gated area that have access to the beach, but this is the only rental with a pool and a beach. The beach is better than most public beaches on the gulf-side of Evia, but the Agean-side of Evia is where the real beaches are. I would definitely stay there again.

הוילה היתה מדהימה! הרבה מעבר לציפיות ואפילו מעבר לתמונות באתר.. לאוהבי חופש כפרי ומקומי, המיקום מושלם. בין הים לטברנות המקומיות ולאתרים התיירותיים שנמצאים 50 דקות מהוילה. הוילה נקיה מאד מאובזרת בכל מה שרק רצינו , החצר יפיפיה והבריכה מושלמת. היתה לו חוויה מדהימה. תודה

We had an excellent vacation and we highly recommend! A stunning house in a secluded and private area, a few minutes' drive from the nearby town, Amarinthos. Very suitable for those looking for peace and natural scenery and an excellent starting point for trips in Evia. Please note that a car is required. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Maybe could be renewed a bit. Josh was very communicative and helped with anything needed. We would love to return there for more vacations in the future!

Claudia was kind, friendly and very helpful! Always responsive and sent over someone to help if we ever got stuck with something. The place is beautiful, clean and very peaceful. We loved the artwork selection and there’s so many places to break out and hang out in smaller groups. There’s like 4 huge balconies, 2 lounges, the beautiful back yard with the huge, very deep pool, second outdoor kitchen and dining area. We loved it. The surrounding area is beautiful and the nearby coastal towns are very sweet with lovely (pebbled) beaches.

We had a simply fantastic time staying at Kostas and Sofia's Calypso Villa. The setting is jaw dropping... every morning I would walk out of the master bedroom and be confronted with the most stunning view, through the wide giant windows of the living room, of the sea and mountains of the mainland behind. The villa is simple but super comfortable. The main living room/kitchen combined with the deck feels huge and with the constant companion of that amazing view. The pool - very cold! - great between sunbathing stints. And our three children - one teen and two tweens - loved the table tennis. We had not been to Evia before and really loved the 'off the beaten track' feel of it, so close to Athens and yet feeling very traditional and rural. Dafni itself has one taverna, above the beach, and there's another in Neotrivia (4-5 minute drive) where we also bought bread each morning from the tiny back street bakery. Sofia and Kostas are super helpful and friendly and we'd love to go back.

Nous avons passé 13 jours dans la maison de Khaled. Tout d'abord, Khaled est extrêmement sympathique et fera le maximum pour rendre votre séjour parfait. Disponible, avenant et à l'écoute. L'endroit est tout simplement idyllique avec une vue incroyable, une piscine privée et uniquement pour votre usage avec de très belles dimensions. La maison est également très calme dans un écrin de verdure et vue sur l'ile d'Eubée. A quelques minutes vous trouverez les nombreux restaurants, supermarchés et plages de Nea Palatia, L'intérêt de cette maison est aussi sa proximité d'Athènes (45 km ) ce qui en fait un point de départ intéressant pour se rendre régulièrement à Athènes pour visiter les nombreux sites archéologiques (Acropole, Gora, Plaka...). La maison se prête bien aussi à la visite du site de Delphes. Je recommande pour les familles !

Very quite apartments 5-7 minutes walking from big beach (you can rent beach beds from Beach Club or use your own ones - if you rent, book for week-ends in advance as a lot of people coming). 3 bedrooms and kitchen/hall provides enough space for 6 adults + small child. Owner is very approachable and ready to help. It is advised to ensure that you have car to go to supermarket: nearest one is appox 3km away, big one 15km away. There is a bakery and mini market with essentials 15-20 mins walking but choice is limited there. Overal we liked apartments and reccomend them.

Beautifull old Greek house in beautifull place with astonishing view for the sea shore and surrounding mountains. A lot of wonderful beaches in the neighborhood and a lot of interesting places in around to visit. Thank you Maria for all your instructions and engagement. I highly recommend this place.

Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι και τακτοποιημένο. Βρίσκεται στο χωριό Καμπιά, 5λ με το αμάξι από την Στενή Ευβοίας. Οι άνθρωποι πολύ ευγενικοί, φιλόξενοι και φιλικοί, πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν με όλα.

Sehr gemütliches Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, alles funktionierte, sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Tolle Terasse mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Baumhaus ist vor allem für kleinere Kinder ein guter Rückzugsort. Es ist jedoch dringend ein Auto notwendig und eine gutdurchdachte Einkaufsliste, da dieMöglickeit für Einkäufe nicht grad um die Ecke ist. Wir konnten tolle Strände besuchen, auch zu Fuss. Die Wege zu den Stränden waren oft sehr abenteuerlich. Authentisches Griechenland, mit sehr freundlichen Leuten.

Η περιοχή πολύ ήσυχη ιδανικό όσο για ζευγάρια τόσο και για παρέα. Τεράστια αυλή με όλα τα απαραίτητα και όχι μόνο πράγματα που θα χρειαστείς για μπάρμπεκιου. Ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός και άνετος. Το έχουμε ήδη επισκεφτεί 2 φορές.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and super responsive, which made everything so easy and comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the sea and lush greenery. The kitchen was outstanding — fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: toaster, air fryer, kettle, coffee machine, stove, oven, microwave, and fridge, all in excellent condition. We truly felt at home and would 100% love to come back:)

We stayed for an Ironman race and the location was perfect for the beach start. Place exactly as described with a beautifully kept garden and outdoor space and well equipped indoors. Christiana was super helpful with instructions and recommendations thank you!

Others have mentioned the gardens and they really do deserve special praise. So beautiful and, amidst the dry landscape, so green and flower covered. Then, at the bottom of the tiered garden, a gate swings open to reveal the azure sea. Dive in off the rocks, climb back via a ladder...but beware of the many urchins and the occasional jellyfish. Not serious, but one of our party got stung and it was painful. Luckily they are a rarity and u can spot them easily. Only saw them once in our 2 week stay. Otherwise, only thing to note are the mosquitos which do come out in squadrons at dusk. Best and most pleasurable way to escape them is to take the chairs to the sea and enjoy a drink watching the amazing sunsets. For location alone...did I mention the ancient Spartan temple in the garden? .. I wd not hesitate to recommend. Stunning.

Είχαμε μια ευχάριστη διαμονή, το σπίτι σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή με θέα. Αξίζει να επισκεφτείτε το κατάλυμα ήταν όλα υπέροχα.

Location a recommander pour la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et pour le logement qui mérite 5 étoiles pour sa localisation ,son equipement et ses prestations . La belle maman de Maria est une personne adorable, discrète , très accueillante et calme

I don’t think I have the words to describe how incredible both Harry and his place were. Harry couldn’t have been more generous and helpful; even taking us to the supermarket and patiently waiting while we bought trolleys of supplies, suggesting tavernas and walks, booking an incredible local wine tour and - most unbelievably of all - cooking for us on two occasions. It was phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend this more. Thank you so much, Harry!
