4th time staying for a reason

Check in went smooth. The apartment was nice & clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Big fridge, microwave and oven tops if you want to make something simple. No excessive noise in the building and it has a very sweet security officer. The area is nice and peaceful, if you want something other than typical tourist areas. The condiminium has a private pool and direct access to a beach that is separated from the main beach. On grounds is a bakery called Aroy owned by very lovely people. Walking distance to the big commercial beach, a lot of different restaurants & the convenience store. The people in Mae Phim are a mix of friendly locals, long term expats and holidaymakers who return yearly. It makes the area feel safe and I felt very welcomed & taken care of. Andrew is a helpful host who answers quickly, which if found very comfortable. All in all the perfect place for a relaxing holiday without any worries. Would love to go back again sometime!

这个小区的私人沙滩真的太棒了！下楼就可以到达，阳台上可以看到海，坐在家里就可以欣赏日出日落。房子非常干净，家具恰到好处，房子的布置完全是为了更便捷的居住（比如床两边都有插销，睡觉时可以给手机充电，这对我们很重要😂）～床单被罩干净，散发着香味～yi还提供了每天的餐券和很多饮用水，非常贴心。如果你想找个舒服的房子安静的过上几天，那么来这里没错～

James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

The building is new, the shower is a little bit narrow. No door or curtains the til3d. Difficult to avoid to wet. Big screen tv(55 ") for a small room

The place was close to the beach but not a beach front, we liked how cozy the place and neighborhood was. Enough space for a family of 3 and was very clean. Hosts are responsive and flexible, we definitely come back again.

All amenities were found to be as described and shown in photos. The apartment provided a very pleasant stay and optimal comfort. Useful essentials and appliances complemented the level of comfort. The complex has very nice and easily-accessible facilities. Unlike large condominium projects, the setting provides calm and a more relaxed environment. Beach access and nearby restaurants are a short-drive away. This side of the beach feels more private and calm with plenty of seafood options along the way. The host and co-hosts were splendid, responding quickly and providing tips. The staff at the complex were also very nice. 👍 😊 Overall, an excellent stay with a reliable host in a very enjoyable setting. Highly recommended and wish to return again. ❤️ 🙏

Rayong Ultimate River Beach Wij zijn een maand in appt. 201 geweest. Eigendom van Petchara. Een heerlijk huisje met alles erop en eraan. Heerlijk bed en een bad in de badkamer, Geen inloopdouche, dus je moet in het bad douchen. Er is heel veel verkeer op de weg voor het appt, maar daar hebben wij geen last van gehad. Als je een lichte slaper bent is dat het enige minpuntje. Het zwembad oo het dak js fantastisch en er komen bijna geen mensen, dus het voelt als een privé zwembad. Ons appt werd elke week schoongemaakt en ons bed werd verschoond. Ook als er iets was, werd het gelijk opgelost. Hele goede service. Een tip voor de eigenaar is wel om een user quide te maken voor de verschillende items. Hoe moet de deur geopend worden. Dan de wifi, de tv en de kookplaat. Zou dus erg handig zijn. En aankomstcommunicatie moet beter. Dat was even een dingetje, speciaal na zo’n lange reis. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en willen ws terugkomen!!!

un séjour tout simplement parfait. l’appartement, la propreté, les équipements, la vue sur la mer, la grande terrasse. tout était vraiment parfait. hôte très reactive et gentille. je reviendrais.

Very nice room with an amazing view. Bed is very firm Thai style. The pool is well maintained. The gym is on the older side but weights and treadmill work. Sauna also works and I think I was the only one that used it. There's no cafe or store in the building but there is a mom and pop restaurant nearby to buy water coffee and beer.

her two bedroom condo is very nice and comfortable I had just about everything needed for our stay, I wish there was a microwave. besides that my wife and I had a very lovely day

Lovely, modern well-equipped condo with lift. Fantastic rooftop infinity pool with beautiful sea view. The condo is close to good restaurants with a mix of Thai and western food. Management company is helpful and friendly, we rented a scooter from them and they organised a taxi for our onward travel. Great location to experience an authentic Thai holiday destination, especially during Songkran. It's useful to hire a scooter or car for exploring points of interest further afield and to reach amenities such as banks, if you need to change money. There are no money exchange kiosks in the local area but there are ATMs. The Grand Blue Resort next to the condo allow access to their pool (with comfy sunloungers, parasols, sauna and bar/restaurant) for 200 baht per person per day.

Pakkhawan is just a wonderful host and person first of all, just really kind and cares about people. Her place is absolutely new and so nice. I wish every place was this nice. Pool, gym, sauna awesome, location terrific. I haven't stayed at such a nice place like this in a long time. And the bed is the best bed I've layed on in all of Thailand so far. If you have been roughing it and need a break, this is the place.

Все чистенько, несколько комплектов постельного белья,полотенца,посуда, дочка оценила плэй стэйшн)))) а ещё отдельное спасибо за постоянную связь и помощь в вопросах "где магазин,рынок", "куда поехать' и т.д. Кондо находится в тихом и спокойном место)))) наша семья влюбилась в Таиланд))) спасибо ещё раз!!!!

J’ai passé 22 jours dans cet appartement c’était parfait. Vous avez le centre commercial à 2 min la piscine sur le toit une salle de sport. Parfait pour une personne je n’ai pas essayé à deux mais je pense que ça va très bien aussi ! Petit point important je vous conseille d’avoir un scooter ou une voiture car sinon vous devez marcher 30 minutes pour aller à la plage ! Merci à l’hôte qui à répondu à mes questions ! Je vous conseille cette endroit et cette ville.

Семья Александр, Олеся и их прекрасные, воспитанные детки - замечательные люди🙏🙏🙏Если возникают какие либо вопросы они все подсказывают, вместе помогают справиться с чем либо. Очень дружелюбные, общительные, помогут рассказать о всех местных правилах, законах, достопримечательностях, рынках, магазинах, помогут осуществить трансфер. Мы не прогадали и теперь у нас нет проблемы к кому обратится по поводу аренды жилья в дальнейшем. Спасибо 🙏 вам ребята за тёплый приём, прекрасное времяпрепровождения.Всем рекомендую .
