Roland je naprosto skvělý hostitel, komunikace s ním byla moc milá. Byt je luxusně zařízený, je tam vše, co člověk potřebuje. Přijeli jsme jako čtyřčlenná rodina s malým miminkem a krásně a pohodlně jsme se vešli. Čisto, uklizeno, voňavé ručníky a ložní povlečení. Ani nebyl problém pozdější check-out o dvě hodiny, za což moc děkujeme 🍀 TOP TOP TOP!!! Děkujeme a všem vřele doporučujeme 👌🏻

U Janky, jsem s dětmi strávila 4 noci, vše bylo naprosto skvělé, cítili jsme se jako v bavlnce. Janka i její rodina je moc milá. Pro nás jednoznačně nejlepší ubytování v této lokalitě. Určitě přiště využijeme zase. Děkujeme za vše:-)

An extremely well located apartment, roughly 15 minutes walk from the train station and just a minute or so from the main square. Despite many bars located close by we were never disturbed with noise. Lots of bakeries, cafes etc within the area. Would definitely stay again when based in the area.

I had an amazing experience staying at this homestay! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location was ideal – peaceful yet close to local attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the delicious homemade breakfast each morning, which was a wonderful way to start the day. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and warm place to stay. I can't wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. After a slight issue checking in, Vaclav promptly responded and dealt with the issue. Similarly when we requested some information and some supplies he was able to assist without a problem. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and was extremely well equipped and presented. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the property.

We had a lovely stay and felt like at home. Flat is spacious, safe, clean, bright and situated in a quiet residential area. Host is very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again as it was very comfy.

Dobré klidné místo nedaleko od centra. Skvělá hostitelka, která byla velice ochotná a vstřícná . Pěkné ubytování čisté a hezky zařízené.Jestli budu mít někdy cestu do Budějovic jistě znovu využiji toto skvělé ubytování.
