The place is very nice. GREAT location nearby restaurants and you can walk to the "center" or take a metro which is 5 min walk. Would book again, and highly recommend!

Clara was so helpfull with finding a restaurant in de midde of the chaos during the huge electral⚡️ blackout on the 🇪🇸 iberic peninsula. Madrid was totally disconnecred. Clara even brought us milk 🥛, toast 🥪, meat, 🍗 cola beer 🍺and wine 🍷just in case of a long persistend problem. Fortunally the shutdown ended after 10 hours. We had a lovely dinner 🥘🍕 on the grand plaza with her during the blackout. During the 4 days she gave us many tips. Leaving madrid; we even got dryed ham and mancheso cheese as a goodbye present. 🙏 Clara; we enjoyed our stay in your convenient appartment 🏚️ Thank you for all your efforts. We had a fantastic family reunion in this big and beautiful apartment in the heart of amazing Madrid. There were 6 of us, and the space was perfect—very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Gran Vía and close to everything we wanted to explore. The apartment has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, and a well-equipped kitchen—very convenient and ideal for a group. It had everything we needed and even more, making our stay incredibly easy and comfortable. A huge thank you to Liliana for her warm hospitality and responsiveness—she made everything smooth and welcoming. It was a truly relaxing and heart-warming experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid!

A mí y a mi familia nos gustó mucho quedarnos aquí y la ubicación fue perfecta ya que necesitábamos estar en el centro de la ciudad por un evento. El piso era muy amplio y luminoso, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y más. La host siempre atenta y contrastaba rápido, no contraté servicio limpieza y aunque caro muy eficiente. El piso está en un segundo piso y no hay elevador, abajo del edificio está una discoteca por lo que escucharán todo el ruido de la gente que entra, sale y fuma en la calle ..es ruidoso así que llevar tapones para poder dormir…cosas para tener en cuenta. Sin embargo es maravilloso ver x tu balcón el edificio de la ópera y la plaza de enfrente llena de vida…un lugar muy, muy céntrico y justo enfrente está la entrada al metro

O apartamento é excelente e nos acomodou muito bem (5 pessoas). Está como novo. O terraço é um charme à parte e bastante funcional para as refeições. A localização é muito boa. Não tivemos qualquer intercorência em nossa estadia e a comunicação foi sempre rápida, clara e cortêz. Chegamos um pouco antes e puderam nos receber, o que facilitou muito em nossa chegada. A indicação do local para deixar as malas nos arredores após o checkout também foi muito útil e com ótimo serviço. Perfeito.

Adrien’s and Miguel’s apartment was awesome-the best in which we have ever stayed. It has beautiful decor, incredibly well stocked, great location, and exactly as described. Miguel was a fantastic host giving us recommendations of things to see and where to eat. There was also great detailed information in booklets about sites and where to find almost any service. There were generous welcoming breakfast provisions and a well stocked kitchen. The location was ideal for walking around old Madrid and soaking up the local food and flavor.

This place is beautiful! Just like the photos and so comfortable. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. This apartment is right above a very popular street for tapas so it can get a little loud late at night but we all easily slept through and we would absolutely stay here again.

This was truly one of the most, if not the most, beautifully done Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The pictures truly don’t do it justice - it’s just stunning. The location is perfect and walkable to all sites around the city, and for being so centrally located, it’s on a very quiet street with both a market and a bakery a 1 minute walk away. Carlos greeted us for check in and explained everything in the flat, as well as having recommendations for things to do around the city. If this place is available - just book it. You won’t regret it!
