A wonderful apartment in a brilliant location for exploring Rome. Charming, characterful and so tranquil as its just off the bustling Campo Fiori. We loved it!

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Benedetta’s place. Location is excellent— it’s an easy walk to the Colosseum, Trevi, and Pantheon. There is an elevator which is a big deal for us carrying heavy luggage. The place is huge and very clean, we had everything we needed. Best of all, Bendetta is an excellent host — very responsive and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Ferienhaus von Ale, mit direktem weitem Blick aufs Meer und 2 Inseln. Ale sandte eine sehr genaue Beschreibung, wie man zu Ihr findet, incl. Fotos von den wichtigsten Abzweigstellen. Es war einfach zu finden für uns. Wir waren mit einem SUV und 2 E-Bikes da, den Parkplatz zu unserem Chalet konnten wir damit gut erreichen, auch die etwas steilere Straße runter zum Chalet. Für alle Fahrzeuge, die keinen höheren Radstand haben, gibt es oberhalb von Ales Haus einen Parkplatz, man ist in 3 -4 Minuten zu Fuß unten. Ale hieß uns herzlich willkommen, und versorgte uns mit Tips für Restaurants und Strände in der näheren Umgebung. Unser Chalet hatte alles, war wir brauchten zu zweit. 2 Terrassen, davon eine mit Outdoorküche, im Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die wir zum Einschlafen nutzten. Den Blick über das Meer bis zu den Inseln haben wir von morgens bis abends genossen, es gab immer etwas zu sehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke Ale!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour car l’appartement est idéalement situé. Il est très facile de marcher pour visiter les incontournables de Rome. Francesco nous a aussi donné de très bons conseils de restaurants. Il est très réactif et a toujours su nous aider pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux.

Gigi and Ludovica were first of all perfect hosts! Since the first communication, until the check out, the were kind, helpful, positive, gave fantastic recommendations, ask how are we, if we need anything, and if anything was missing they immediately took care of it, always with a smile. The villa is beautiful, private, well renovated, while keeping the Tuscan style. The rooms, shower rooms, kitchen, and living room looks great and fully equipped with all we needed, and more, including a generous welcome package in the kitchen. What can I say... the perfect place for a Tuscan vacation.

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

I had an unforgettable time with my fiancé in a charming cottage in the heart of Tuscany. This place is a true paradise for those seeking peace, tranquility, and close contact with nature. From the very first day, we were delighted with the surroundings - picturesque landscapes, greenery, and silence, which allowed for complete relaxation. The cottage itself was perfect. The sauna and hot tub outdoors were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The grill was invaluable; we could prepare delicious meals outdoors, enjoying local specialties. The absence of neighbors within a few kilometers was a true luxury that allowed us to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. Tuscany turned out to be the perfect place for a romantic getaway. I recommend this cottage to everyone who wants to spend time surrounded by nature, away from everyday stress. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries and create unforgettable memories.
