I think this place was great. It was very easy to find with the directions. It was a little nervous thinking that the main house would be connected but it's completely private. The little candies and charges left throughout were a really nice touch

Wendy was proactive in providing check-in instructions and following-up to make sure we made it safely. Her place was in a beautiful neighborhood and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for a weekend, and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved Alex’s apt so much last year that this was our second time staying there :) It’s so nicely decorated, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need plus a Keurig coffee machine :) Also, the beds are comfortable and so is the sofa in the family room where we relaxed with our sons. It’s also a really quick drive to downtown and PSU. I’d give it 10 stars if I could !! :)

Tony was expeditious in his responses whenever we had a question. You would never guess such a cozy, clean and well decorated 2 bedroom abode was tucked behind a fly fishing store. The location was just far enough away from the bustle of town but so close to PSU stadiums. Great place!

I had an amazing stay at Connie's house! The place is huge, spotless, and beautifully maintained. All the furniture is in great condition and of high-end quality, making it super comfortable. The house is filled with natural sunlight in every room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It features three large bedrooms, offering plenty of space for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the smart TVs in every room, all equipped with Netflix and YouTube—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, which was a big plus. The backyard is also a great spot for relaxing and offers plenty of privacy. Overall, I highly recommend this place—if I could give it 10 stars, I definitely would!

Came up for Parents weekend at Penn State and Luke’s place worked out great for our family! Plenty of room and could not beat the location for the price. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else with a larger party!! Thanks for making this a great experience for us Luke!!!

This is our third time staying at Matthew’s home so clearly we are fans! It has been the perfect stopping off point for us from the highway but if we had more time it would make a wonderful longer term stay because the surroundings are so beautiful and the hosts so warm. They are always so responsive although honestly there isn’t anything we have needed since they thought of it all!

I stayed with my two sons - both Pennstate students - for 5 days and we really enjoyed it. The Veranda with a view to the river was perfect, we used the ping pong table in the basement almost every day. We will definitely come back.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it! Christin is a wonderful host! She responds quickly to messages and is overall great to deal with. The home is extremely clean and in a great neighborhood. We love State College and this home is close to everything.

Haider's home is quite spacious and comfortable. Our group was 4 adults, but this would be a top spot for guests with young children as there is a park (climbing, swings) and greenbelt steps away from the backyard. Even with the bonus amenities it is very quiet and peaceful. We spent our mornings on the deck (coffee provided by Haider). The neighborhood is removed from, yet very close to, anything you need: restaurants, shops, highway access. It is only 10 minutes from Penn State. Haider was quick to respond to inquiries including restaurant recommendations. For "princess and the pea" sleepers, like us, the beds are firm. Extra pillows helped :-) Sheets are soft and good quality. In addition to spending time in State College, we took a trip one afternoon to Penn's Cave which was worthwhile.

This house was perfect for our visit to State College! It was spotless, cozy, cute, and so perfect for our needs. We felt right at home! My son’s dorm was about 5 minutes away which was great! We enjoyed the perfect location, and really everything about the house. We met the hosts and they were so kind, down to earth, and helpful! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

This was my second stay here. Irina is always responsive, and the place was renovated. Plenty of parking and outdoor space. The stream and wildlife was beautiful. Her son Dan is incredibly helpful and kind. We had a nice stay.

My wife and I stayed at Irina's place for a month and really enjoyed it. The room was super comfortable, and Dan was always kind and helpful. He even brought us water and let us borrow bicycles. There was a short power outage at the end, but it became a fun memory. The only thing to note is that it’s better to have a car, since there’s no public transport to State College. Overall, a great stay in a quiet, safe neighborhood near a lovely river. Thanks so much, Irina and Dan!

The place was perfect! The creek behind was filled with trout and the location was close to surrounding fishing spots as well. Never needed to go more than 10min away from the condo. Clean and well maintained by Dan.
