This place really deserves a 10-star review, but that option doesn't exist. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's super clean, and the area is very quiet.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

Great stay - Super comfy bed and great shower! Air con was always perfect temp and the staff at the hotel were really helpful and attentive, beach just over the road and amazing infinity pool with a beautiful sunrise if you can get up early enough! Overall a great stay, thank you :)

I stayed here with my family. We really enjoyed our stay! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious each morning, and we enjoyed cooling off at the pool in the afternoons. While the room we were given (2 connecting rooms on the ground floor) worked well for our family (maybe even better than what we were expecting), it was not the same as the one in the pictures.

The place was really nice and the staff was so nice and friendly! The rooms were big and very clean! We loved that the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking supplies so we could cook for ourselves.

This was a last minute booking due to issues with another host which Airbnb took care of for us. Nga was extremely helpful in accommodating us straight away, the apartment is not the one listed but this was pre-arranged with Nga prior to our check-in. Nga also provided pics of the apartment that we ended up staying in. The apartment was located on the 43rd floor and had spectacular views....excellent to wake up to! The building is a little run down and there was maintenance taking place while we were there during our 4 week stay, it wasn't a major issue and the staff did their best to ensure that it was easy for everyone. The apartment we stayed in was also a little run down, and the furniture was on the older side of things. However, it was clean and Nga provided a cleaning service for us. The apartment was well equipped, especially in the kitchen where we had everything that we needed for cooking etc. All of Nga's staff were very professional and helpful as well.

Fantastic 2 weeks at Leo's apartment in Nha Trang. It's located in the 24th floor of the TUI Blue hotel and residences, perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Lotte Mart. Pool and gym. Huge bed. Complete kitchen. Amazing view from the balcony. 5/5 starts, definitely recommended!!!

Excellent apartment in a excellent location. You are right by the water and beach. There are many great bars and restaurants walkable from the location. Host is extremely responsive and if you have any problems, he will take care of any of them. Check out his recommendations.

Wir haben es gebucht weil es mittig zwischen Da Nang und Hoi An lag-jede Richtung waren es 20min mit dem Scooter. Hat für uns super gepasst. Der Check In war unkompliziert, die Anlage schön und gepflegt, die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine und der Wäscheständer waren super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I had a really nice 8-day stay here. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the city side of the river as well as the beach side (which I would recommend). The view over the river is very nice and Phu is a responsive, helpful host. My only complaint is that the pillows were way too puffy for me but that's a personal taste thing. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We’re a couple who stayed in the apartment for over 2 months and enjoyed every minute. It’s exactly as described, matches the photos, is spotless , comfortable, quiet and well equipped. It has 3 large balconies to sit and watch beautiful sunsets. Bed is comfortable, sheets and towels are great Washing machine was a welcome addition, as was the weekly cleaning and friendly, helpful doormen and staff. The location is fantastic, both for great restaurants and walking to the beach. Even though located on a busy street, it’s very quiet at night. Amazing Airbnb, definitely recommend and would love to return someday.

My time here was extraordinary! The host and building manager were so helpful and nice. Always there to help and checking in on us frequently. Five minute walking distance from the beach and close to a lot of good restaurants in the area. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

This was one of the nicest AirBnBs we stayed in in all of Vietnam. We had an evening flight on the day we were leaving Da Lat, which happened to be a very rainy day. The lobby of this building was the perfect, comfortable respite for us to stay in after checking out - there was a massage chair, a clean bathroom, quiet music, tables to eat and play cards, and clean towels to dry ourselves off after getting caught in the rain. This is also one of the few accommodations we visited with a drying machine, which was also very convenient in the Da Lat rain. The apartment was large and comfortable for our group of 4. Unlike many apartments in Vietnam, the showers actually had proper doors so the bathrooms stayed dry and comfortable. And the temperature of the water was easy to control as well. Taking a grab to the night market and downtown area was very quick and affordable. And there is delicious food right in the neighborhood too. The views are beautiful and the surroundings are peaceful.

We stayed in this room for two weeks, and it was very comfortable. The staff changed the towels and cleaned the room every day, even washing the dishes for us. They responded to our questions very quickly, making it feel even cozier than home. There are many cafes and local restaurants within a 15-minute walk, so it’s perfect for those who enjoy exploring the town. This time, we stayed during the rainy season, so we’d love to come back during the dry season next time!

훌륭한 나트랑 여행이었어요. 중심부와 걸어서 여자 걸음으로 10분 정도 걸렸고, 롯데마트도 가까워서 매우 좋았습니다. 담시장 또한 매우 가까워서 여행 중 2일을 다녀왔어요 다음에 또 방문할 수 있다면 오고싶어요

We stayed with Minh on floor 16 in Panorama building for 7 nights. It was our first time in Nha Trang and we could not have chosen a better location! The apartment had a good size bathroom, great air conditioning and a studio kitchen (which we never used - too many places to eat in the neighborhood ☺️). We appreciated the daily housekeeping service. Minh was a communicative host and helped us with info prior to arrival and during our stay. Also, it was nice to arrange taxi service from the airport through her. Great stay! Thanks, Minh!

The 2 bedroom apartment was really good, it had everything we needed and it's in a great location. A short walk to the beach, a local fresh food market, supermarkets, mini marts, and lots of restaurants. The beds in the two bedrooms, and the sofa bed in the living room, were all very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately equipped, it was great to have a washing machine, and everything in the flat worked. The host was friendly and really quick to reply. I'd definitely recommend staying here 👍

We stayed for a week at Anna's apartment and could not have been happier. For us the location, away from the mass tourism spots down by the Lotus building, was a big attraction, The area around the building - the restaurants, bars and locals, seemed far more genuine in this location and we loved the vibe. The apartment does not disappoint in any way, the view from the balcony constantly changes depending on time of day, daylight and lighting - we never tired of sitting on the balcony, early morning, late afternoon or nightcap time - wonderful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, equipped to a high standard, had a fantastic fridge/freezer and very effective a/c. The bathroom again was very well maintained and has the best walk-in waterfall shower head I have experienced. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. We did not hear any sound from neighbouring apartments, it was nice to have a 24hr concierge presence in the lobby. We will return to Anna's again.
