Endroit bien placé avec beaucoup de charme. Équipements minimum TV serviette frigo. Mais c'est suffisant. Hôte très réactif sur WhatsApp. Scooter louable facilement.

Wir haben uns im Early Bird BnB sehr wohlgefühlt! Micha hat uns gleich bei Ankuft mit guten Tipps für den ersten Abend versorgt und war auch sonst immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit :) die ersten Nächte waren wir in einem der Bungalows, was uns persönlich besser gefallen hat (einfach etwas gemütlicher). Das Frühstück im dazugehörigen Café ist außerdem sehr zu empfehlen! Trotz eher mäßiger Wetterlage hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden immer wieder kommen :)

Dyda's apartment is exactly what I was looking for. Across the street from the Central market is being in the hub of the area though only a short walk to the riverfront and the more tourist area. Loved being able to have fresh food market and food stalls all part of the central market. Roof terrace perfect for a breeze.

没见到房东～都是和员工打交道，员工是当地人，很友好，特别体贴的那种，借助翻译软件沟通，翻译成越南文，不过不影响哈哈，有帮我们租了摩托～寄放行李啥的，都很棒，总之很愉快～

Chi’s place is amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It is a little further out from Old Town, about a 10 minute drive but we enjoyed the quietness, we hired a scooter which made it super easy to get around. The rice fields are beautiful and many local cafes which are only a bike ride away.

I stayed here for 5 nights as a solo traveler & would definitely recommend it for either those travelling solo or a couple. The location is perfect for the beach but also the city. The apartment is just off a main road but there is no noise at all once inside. There are a lot of great restaurants & cafes within a few steps or minutes walk. The apartment was as listed & extremely clean & tidy inside. All communication with the hosts was clear & very timely. Thank you so much for a perfect stay! If I’m ever in Da Nang again I would choose to stay here ❤️

Shortly: If you want to understand to take it or not - my advice is TAKE. Gorgeous place to live short time and long time. Atmosphere is wonderful: you feel peaceful, free and like home. On the map it seems a bit far from the centre, but in reality it's 10 minutes and 2$ to get there by tuk-tuk (use the Grab app or PassApp). Tuk-tuk comes to pick you up in 5 minutes max. Beautiful clean pool, absolutely amazing garden in the courtyard, a BBQ place to use. Great absolutely friendly staff and the host making your stay totally comfortable. Here you have not a room like in a hotel, but completely like a house of separate bedroom and a big living room with kitchen. All the stuff to cook is here (i love to cook and felt myself rather comfortable in it), so you can make your own food if you want to. Good technique (fridge, audio bar, water cooler, AC's, toaster etc). Next time I am in Siem Reap - I know that I'll stay here 300%. Thanks to the team!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The guesthouse is cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. I originally booked for two nights and ended up staying a whole week, it simply felt right. The food is outstanding, possibly the best in town. Each dish is made with quality ingredients, care, and heart. You can feel the love in every bite: colorful, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made the difference, though, was the kindness of the women working there. Their smiles, warmth, and gentle presence touched my heart. A special thank you to Le, the devoted manager, who goes above and beyond to make every guest feel comfortable and welcome. Her dedication is highly appreciated. Thank you all for creating such a peaceful and unforgettable experience. I carry it with me.

Un appartement fonctionnel et agréable près de la rivière, je m’y suis bien reposée. Un bon accueil et des instructions claires. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.
