Stu’s guesthouse was a lovely getaway in New Zealand! Close to Queenstown, ZQN airport, and to many outdoor activities. Very peaceful and private, soft linens, and felt right at home. It’s clear that this is not a cookie cutter Airbnb, but a real guesthouse, and it shows in the fit and finish of the property, and Stu’s helpful and kind approach to hosting. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time staying at Amanda’s lovely place. She made us instantly feel welcome, offered us to prepare the sauna, do our laundry inside and let us use the dryer in the garage. She was very friendly, helpful, but also gave us our space and privacy. Absolutely recommend this place!! We found lake Hawea even more stunning than Wanaka (which is just 15mins away)!

Clever design of a compact space with beautiful mountain views. A very relaxing retreat in rural surroundings and yet very convenient for Queenstown and Arrowtown attractions.

The house is very pretty cottage , located right on the famous Baldwin street, all the amenities were provided, house was very clean and furnished. Check in was smooth. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and in a very good location. The host provided us with necessary information and informative books in the house about things to do in Dunedin that helped us plan our day. Highly recommended.

We are so thankful for Vickie’s hospitality. It was cosy and just what we needed for accommodation. As a base for Queenstown. The views were incredible and peaceful plus the property backed right onto a wonderful trail. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you for having us Vickie and we hope to stay again in future!

A lovely quiet place to stay, toasty warm with the fire, no light pollution which was awesome. It is just round the corner from Ayrburn which is stunning. Really comfortable and we would definitely come back here.

Excellent spot, Kimmie is an excellent host. Photos dont do this justice, its even better in person, well worth it and highly recommend.

We met Mari when we arrived & had nice natter prior to unloading the car. We found the accommodation excellent and Marc had provided made additional extra in the kitchen which we didn’t expect, some nice touches… Also, there were pictures on the walls making it quite homely and finally, the wifi login was a breeze, due to his gadgets… Go Mari! We’ll certainly return when we visit Cromwell.

Enjoyable one night stay as part of a longer trip. Host was polite and easy to deal with, lodgings were clean, aesthetic, and had all the right ammenities. Recommend it!

A wonderful stay - the house is impeccably stylish with thoughtful and modern amenities. It was perfectly clean and Alice was a very clear communicator - an effortless stay, would rebook.

Very clean and new facilities. Quiet location with good parking. It is a tiny home (as described) so note it is quite compact, but cosy. Lovely outdoor area with fire pit (we didn’t get to use as was raining when we were there). Only a few mins drive down hill to town centre which was handy.

Loulou’s place was lovely. It was clean, modern and beautiful. She was very helpful and friendly and the whole experience was extremely relaxing and easy. The location couldn’t be better to visit all the wineries, 2 very cute and friendly dogs, already planning our return visit to tick off everything we missed this time around!

One of the best equipped bnbs we have stayed at, after experiencing almost a hundred all over the world It is actually a gem in Twizel for the following reasons: - fabulous outdoor hottub; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - quiet but easily accessible by car to supermarkets and restaurants; - Responsive host; - Facilities just as described, almost brand new, wonderful

The suite was very clean with a comfortable bed and ample amount of space. The kitchen had everything you would need and the bathroom was spacious. Close proximity to the town center, but within a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for stargazing at night on a clear evening and great mountain/lake views during the day. Hosts were very responsive and provided several local recommendations both of things to do/see and places to eat. Highly recommend!

Ruataniwha Hut is such a beautiful spot! Coming from a country area in aus ourselves, we have a special appreciation for the beauty and the peacefulness of this place 😊 The hut was so cosy, had everything we needed and made for a perfect stay whilst travelling around the area. Huge credit to Andrew who has put in so much effort to make this place special!

Stayed with my small family in Sarah’s place. She was pleasant to chat with and was very flexible with our accommodation. The stay was very comfortable and peaceful in the area. The place was clean and we used if not all, most of the amenities and what was stated was definitely available. Parking near the stay was very good bec it was raining that time. My son and I even tried the hot spa which we enjoyed very much after a trip around. We would definitely book again SOON! Thank you very much Sarah. ❤️

The best part is the view!! Absolutely stunning to wake up and see that view of the Wānaka hillsides. We also really enjoyed the outdoor bath, which was private and peaceful! Great host recommendations, thoughtful touches, and fun decor! Things to note: I found it a little unique that the only sink was in the bathroom - so keep that in mind if you plan on enjoying meals there. Other reviews mention the stairs to get up to the space. I wouldn’t recommend if you have a hard time walking uphill/downhill or feel uncomfortable driving a bit up a hill on a winding road. It totally suited our needs and we enjoyed the privacy, views, and wow factor. I would definitely recommend staying if you’re looking for a little slice of heaven 5 minutes driving from town.

We had a comfortable one-night stay with everything we needed. The unit offers beautiful autumn mountain views and is conveniently close to the river walking track. While the outdoor seating was appreciated, it wasn't usable during cold, frosty mornings and evenings. Cath was a great communicator and thoughtfully added salt to the porch to prevent us slipping in the morning frost.
