Orcas, humpback whales, seals and eagles have all been known to cruise by our house. You can experience all of this wildlife from our beaches, front deck, or comfort of the living room. A perfect getaway for friends, families, fisher folk, or writers looking for some solitude and inspiration! We are honoured to live and play in traditional Heiltsuk territory.

Birch Bower is a cozy, off grid yurt in the heart of Hagensborg, perfect for those seeking an affordable, simple base for their adventures. With 2 double beds as a bunk bed, a shared shower house with hot water and flushing toilets, and a charming lawn space with stunning views, it’s ideal for couples or small groups. Just steps from an organic store and grocery store. Combine with nearby Hawthorn Haven/Fern Hollows yurt for larger groups. There are no cooking amenities with Birch Bower alone.

Snootli Suite

Located between Hagensborg and Bella Coola we are close to amenities and steps away from stunning trails. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen for self sufficiency and it is stocked with most small/large appliances and some basic breakfast items and snacks. The bathroom is full size with a full sized bath/shower and laundry. The main bed is king size and the second bed is a firm foam mattress in twin size that pulls out to a king size for extra guests. We look forward to your stay!
