Great and specious apartment. Very well aquipped kitchen (even left us some treats like orange juice, coffee capsules and toasts with jam). As we requested there was a baby crib. Thank you Anna we will definitely come back

We really enjoyed Stelio’s place. The view is stunning and so much thought has been put into the unit. Location was great as we were Uber dependent this trip and we had no trouble with drivers or couriers finding us. Of note, the bedrooms are only accessed by a spiral staircase that goes to the lower level which is something to consider if you have seniors or disabled members in your party. Enjoy Greece!!

Chrisoula is a great host and super responsive. The apartment was recently renovated with quality furniture and fittings (although an old building) . A wrap around terrace with spectacular views of Flisvos Marina and the Acropolis in the horizon. Chrisoula has fixed comfortable furniture around the terrace. Since i went for work, location wise - brilliant, central with nice restaurants around. There was nothing missing in the apartment ; Chrisoula also arranged for a cleaner mid stay; they really ensure a great job. Comfortable and cosy ; i rate the place 5 stars. Felt a home away from home. FYG, photographs put up by Chrisoula do not do justice to the apartment and its views. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the apartment in Palio Faliro was wonderful. We were greeted at the airport by a taxi set up by our host. Our driver picked us up from the Athens airport very late at night and brought us to the apartment. There we were greeted by the owners assistant who showed us around. She was very sweet, courteous and informative. We loved the nice large size of the apartment. The comfortable beds and spacious kitchen for preparing meals. The patio is a lovely addition to the apartment. It extends the length of the apartment and can be entered from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The apartment offered all you need for an excellent stay in Palio Faliro. We would definitely rent this apartment again when returning to the area.

Наше пребывание в апартаментах было замечательным! В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха – от посуды до личных принадлежностей. Особенно приятно было обнаружить угощения, воду и напитки, которые заботливо оставила хозяйка Татьяна при заселении. Квартира очень чистая, уютная и просторная. Заселение прошло легко, а само жильё оказалось в идеальном месте: в тихом районе, но всего в нескольких минутах от набережной и пляжей. Отличная транспортная развязка позволяет легко добраться в любую точку, при этом шум с улицы не беспокоил. Отдельно хочется отметить, что в квартире было очень тепло, что сделало наш отдых ещё более комфортным. Татьяна – невероятно приятная и отзывчивая хозяйка, всегда готовая помочь. Мы остались в полном восторге и однозначно рекомендуем это жильё!

What a gorgeous house right on the water on the beautiful island of Aegina. The house was immaculate, well stocked with amenities and basics (oil, salt and pepper, etc.) for cooking and morning coffees (espresso and an American coffee maker!). The hot tub worked well and the outdoor space was perfect in every way. The beds were really comfortable, excellent linens, and all in all it was one of the best places we've stayed in.

The place was incredible. Had some trouble finding a trash can so we just put our things in bags for the time. If you require an experience with a responsive host then I would suggest looking elsewhere as the host wasn’t really the greatest with response time. However the place, location & everything else was top tier. The top room is loft style and doesn’t have much privacy as it sits right over the living room and entrance. Location location location! You are walking distance from the water and walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. I only spent 36 hours in Athens but when I come back I’d love to come here again.

Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Très confortable, bien placé. Excellent en tout point. Anna était un hôte vraiment gentille et à l'écoute. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et on reviendra à coup sûr.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une courte nuit mais Mike a été très réactif quand nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver l’emplacement. Super endroit juste au dessus de la mer avec possibilité de baignade à 2 mn. Magique ! Seul petit bémol il faisait assez chaud à l’intérieur, et la chambre adulte n’a pas de grand lit mais 2 lit jumeaux, avec une literie assez limite pour un dos un peu fragile. Nous avons trouvé des bouteilles d’eau et des bières fraîches à notre arrivée, tellement sympa ! Merci Mike ! super adresse, on serait bien restes !!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Franks Haus. Die Lage, der Ausblick, die Ruhe, die Natur lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr, es ist total liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl dort gefühlt und hatten erholsame 10 Tage dort. Die Aufteilung mit den zwei Etagen und mehreren Terrassen war für uns perfekt. Frank ist sehr hilfsbereit und gleich erreichbar, wenn man ihn braucht. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, werden wir sehr gerne an diesen tollen Ort zurückkommen.

We had a warm welcome from Michals mother. The house in terms of locations was exactly what we were looking for. Sorounded with beautiful looks over the mediterrianean sea and no trouble from a city like feeling. Many comfy places to chill and relax and a private entrance to the coastline.

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

We hebben een fijne week gehad in het mooie, schone huis van Mike. Prachtig uitzicht op zee en een goede uitvalsplek voor bezoek aan Athene, Kaap Sounion en Delphi. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een keuken met alle benodigdheden. Een klein minpuntje: de vloer is aan vervanging toe en kraakt enorm.

Very good host. Responsive and class host. Nothing bad to say at all. Very much recommended. If i return to Alimo, i will most certainly return to this apartment, if available.

“Stavie” was extremely informative and met us at the place and gave us clear instructions of our stay and because of the view it was easy to get oriented. We settled in and immediately went to the store which was around the corner. Prices were fair and had everything we needed. This Airbnb is smaller than we are used to but the view was the best ever. As said in the description it is truly panoramic. It is very well appointed and the place has such a great vibe. The bedding is ultra comfortable the windows that open are great for sleep. We spent most of our time on the patio just enjoying Piraeus. The city is busy with traffic and people walking everywhere. This port city is much cleaner than we noticed in Athens. If we are ever in Athens again this would be my chosen place to stay. And thank you for hosting us.

Όλα κύλησαν όπως τα περιμέναμε. Ευρύχωρος, καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος χώρος, κοντά σε πολλές δραστηριότητες.

This location is beautiful with a balcony overlooking a wonderful marina. The apartment is high enough to have a great view of coastal Athens - I could sit and sip coffee while watching the boats come and go all day (and night). There are wonderful amenities at the marina which just across the street. Also, less than a 5-minute walk away there are excellent restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. And Athens’ Center is a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended.

The apartment is cozy and clean. It had everything you need, from kitchen and laundry utensils, and even sunscreen. I felt at home. I was very impressed by the heating. Since it was cool outside (the radiators turned on by themselves in the evening). Great location, the apartment is close to the sea. Friendly and helpful owner. I would be happy to come back here again.☺️

There is an access from elevator direct to the apartment. Interesting design. The apartment is bright. There is a lot of windows with nice views. From the bedroom there is an access to the balcony and the roof top, where is very comfortable place to take a cup of coffee looking to the bay and the city. The view is nice both at night and daytime. There is a washing machine, and it is very important for me. The is no microwave, but you may use the owen to preheat your food. In general the apartment is full of things for comfortable life. It is silent and you don’t hear the neighbors. The way to the sea takes only 15 minutes by walking. Recommended. Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung sehr zufriedenstellend. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die für eine noch bessere Erfahrung sorgen könnten: Das Sofa hatte leider einige Flecken und könnte sauberer sein, ebenso wie der Esstisch, der etwas abgenutzt wirkte. Die Wände, besonders im Bad, könnten einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Zudem wäre eine Ablagefläche für Duschgel und Shampoo in der Dusche praktisch gewesen. Der Boden hätte noch etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Insgesamt war es aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und ich würde der Wohnung 4 Sterne geben – das ist eher Meckern auf hohem Niveau!“

It was the second time I booked the accommodation and I had again a lovely stay in a very clean and well equipped apartment. katerina is always available and very friendly. Will definitely book again for my next stay in Athens.
