Our family truly enjoyed staying at Chiri Glamping. Our son had a great time climbing on the rock wall, swinging, sliding, and soaking in the hot tub. The bed and linens were the most comfortable of all our accommodations in 12 nights in CR - luxurious and plush. The bathroom was surrounded by nature and the shower products were soothing and relaxing, and everyone had their own robe. The essential oils were a nice touch, and the ac kept the room cool and inviting. We cooked dinner in the well stocked kitchen, and my husband got an amazing cocktail in the beautiful restaurant. The front desk staff was friendly, thorough, and escorted us to our room. The view overlooks Santa Elena and it was striking to watch the clouds come in and then go out within minutes. This is truly and special experience. We did hear music in the night from a nearby business and there was a bike race in the morning that woke us quite early, but in this convenient to town location, it is inevitable. Recommended!

Villa Cupola in Runaway Bay was an incredible escape, especially during Christmas! From the stunning views to the tranquil atmosphere, everything was perfect. The villa is beautifully designed, with an infinity pool overlooking lush landscapes and stylish, comfortable interiors that felt like a luxurious home away from home. The highlight was the exceptional food by Jane and Joy. Every meal was a masterpiece—unforgettable oxtail, tender Christmas turkey, and perfect pancakes each morning. Their warm hospitality made the experience truly special. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful Christmas touches, fresh fruits, and great tips on local spots. After enjoying a bit too much holiday rum, the comfortable beds and peaceful surroundings made for the best sleep ever. If you’re looking for a relaxing, sun-soaked, and indulgent getaway, Villa Cupola is the place to be. Highly recommend it—I’ll definitely be back!

I stayed in the “Amor” love glamping dome. It was a beautiful, amazing experience, and I can’t wait to go back. Andrea’s hospitality showed from her personal check in process to her daily homemade breakfast and throughout my stay. I loved staying in the jungle on the beach waking up to the howling monkeys and watching them play. I also spotted a few sloths. I enjoyed daily morning sunrise walks on the beach just steps from the bnb. I also relaxed on the hammocks on the beachfront property. The property was clean and the private bathroom with hot water was fully stocked. The queen bed was also comfortable, I slept very well and was fully rested even with the 5am monkey wake up calls. As a solo female traveler I felt safe as the property is secured with locked gates. I look forward to visiting again!

Ein wunderschöner Ort nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand und zur Hauptstraße, falls man mit dem Bus unterwegs ist. Sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist so lecker. Andrea macht den besten Kaffee weit und breit. Ich würde Faith Glamping jedem empfehlen, der die Natur liebt ,man ist mitten in der Dschungel, wir haben Affen und Faultiere jeden Tag gesehen. Andrea kennt auch jeden und alle Orte ,sie gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps ,die wir auch umgesetzt haben. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

The dome is a private little peace of jungle heaven. The pictures show exactly what you're getting and the views are even better in the flesh. we sadly didn't see any monkeys but this may well be because we didn't look very well! We heard howler monkeys every day which was very cool (might be worth taking earplugs if you don't want an early start!) We did it all with ubers which worked but this would really be an ideal location if you had a car. Walking to restaurants and supermarkets etc wasn't really an option. But it's definitely worth the drive for such an idyllic experience. A lovely, helpful host.

L’emplacement est bien situé pour aller visiter la forêt nuageuse, les tours nocturnes et autres activités de Monteverde. Nous avons trouvé facilement l’emplacement en mettant sur Waze Hotel Cala lodge et ensuite en suivant les instructions fournies ( avec photos). À partir de l’hébergement, nous pouvions voir une famille de Coati qui se promène dans les arbres aux alentours et sur le toit. Nous avons vu un Motmot sur une branche près du balcon arrière. Les lits sont très confortable, la literie également, il y a de l’eau chaude et nous n’avons rien manqué en équipement.

Angélica es muy atenta, cuando llegamos al lugar el jacuzzi ya estaba calentándose, el lugar impecable, totalmente ordenado y con bonita decoración. Incluso cartas con menú de restaurantes cercanos. Una genial estadía.

Un lugar increíble para ir a desconectar un fin de semana fuera de la ciudad. Lo mejor es que queda muy cerca de la ciudad, con vistas increíbles, definitivamente el glamping una experiencia que recomiendo.

We loved it here! It was absolutely beautiful and so serene. Our toddler LOVED the pool and thought the dome was so cool. It was the perfect ending to our trip. The property had had an incident the night before and they were very transparent and offered us to cancel for free - which we declined and we are so happy we did!! My only suggestion would be to net the tree cutouts on the deck as they’re a bit dangerous for kids, but this would never stop us from staying here again with our toddler.!

The place was amazing! Check-in and check-out were seamless, and honestly, it's one of the best places I've ever stayed. The dome experience was unique. It was a bit cloudy, so we couldn’t see the stars the whole time, but waking up to the breathtaking surroundings made up for it. Getting there was tricky—Waze led us down a "shortcut," and we got stuck on a dirt road, waiting a couple of hours for rescue in the middle of the night. Clearer arrival instructions from the host would have helped. The site itself was fantastic—well-equipped with a kitchen, dishes, clean towels, and linens. The TV even set a cozy mood with a fireplace video. I couldn’t find the WiFi password or other info about the place, but maybe I just missed it. A little more guidance would have made the stay even better! Overall, a great place to stay! A friend recommended it to me, and I’d definitely recommend it to everyone else as well.

The dome is so beautiful and was perfectly clean and so cozy. The bed is super comfy. We loved the outdoor bathtub. There was cold water and drinks in the fridge for us which was a nice unexpected touch. You have to remember you are in the jungle, so there are animals around which we loved, that’s the experience you come to Costa Rica for, embrace it. Courtney was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, was able to accommodate an early check in for us, met us in person and gave us lots of local recommendations and even booked some of our activities in the area. Having local knowledge of the area is priceless and helped us maximize our time in Monte Verde. We loved our stay and would absolutely come stay at Courtney’s place again!

We had such a great time. Mau was responsive and attentive to all our needs/questions and was very welcoming when we arrived. An incredible location in nature. Such a cool experience. I do want everyone to know 4 wheel drive is crucial when traveling Costa Rica.

Clean, safe and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay at the Igloo Dome. On Utila, it is convenient to be near town and this location was perfect.

Nos encantó el lugar, todo demasiado limpio y justo igual que las fotos. Los cuartos son súper cómodos y la piscina es súper rica. Nos encantó el espacio compartido donde jugamos billar y vimos una película. Lo único fue que en la ducha casi no salía agua entonces lavarse el pelo fue un poco incómodo pero no es nada del otro mundo. el lugar está súper cerca de playas lindas y de un montón de negocios y restaurantes. Recomendamos mucho el lugar y estamos esperando volver de nuevo. Los pajaritos son súper lindos y se dejan acariciar. El personal demasiado amable y los restaurantes que recomiendan son buenísimos y entran hasta el lugar

This is the most beautiful, serene airbnb I’ve ever stayed at (which is saying something). The setting is one of awe, everywhere you look. Mountains, nature, clouds with misting at times (it’s right by the cloud forest reserve), birds, animals, fireflies at night! Everything has so much intention and in that setting of quiet natural beauty, it meant everything. The bed was soo comfortable- looking at stars from a bed was magical. I didn’t even realize when booking that they also have food available that you can order, just for their guests. They have a little farm, plus grow their own coffee and food! Chemical free. The cook is AMAZING. SO worth it. And the dripped coffee from *right there* you get to do yourself was such a neat experience, and delicious. I will definitely be back. Oh, and the host was so responsive- I had so many random questions. Directions (Waze) took me straight there. You NEED a 4x4. They mention this but I’ll emphasize, yes, definitely. Enjoy!!

2 X adults and 2 X children (12 and 9). We had an amazing time staying in Domo Guacimo at the Nangu Experience. Accommodation is beautiful, with fantastic surrounding views. It's secluded and peaceful. Great just listening to the birds and watching them flying around. Our children loved the place, enjoyed relaxing on the swings, on the net and in the jacuzzi. We relaxed here for an afternoon, one night and checked out the next morning. It was enough time to relax before a busy few days in Santa Elena/Monteverde. If we had more holidays, we'd have stayed for 2. We paid for breakfast which was delivered to us in the morning. Breakfast was delicious. We paid for a 4 x 4 taxi to take us to the accommodation and pick us up. It was $24 each way. The roads are bumpy, rough and steep in places. Do not take a chance with a car. Adrian can provide details for the taxi. We'd highly recommend staying at Domo Guacimo, you won't be disappointed. David (Scotland).
