Beautiful location on Center Lake. The house was perfect. Very comfortable and plenty of space for 6 adults. Comfortable beds, quiet location, and a well-stocked kitchen. I wish we were able to fully enjoy our stay, but we were in town for a wedding so it was a quick in and out. On top of that, mother nature was not cooperating. We did not have too much free time, but we did get to Burgess Falls which was suggested by Michael. I would highly recommend Michael's home. Ideal for a family vacation.

Our family enjoyed the home. It was very peaceful and relaxing and just what we needed. The home had just about everything we needed, and there are dollar stores close by for a quick trip if need be. We took a short trip to Rock Island for a little hike to see the water falls. The host was responsive and had very easy/clear instructions. Highly recommend staying here to unwind.

This place was just as described. A peaceful haven tucked in the woods. The instructions given to us for the road to the house was spot on please heed that warning. The road is a one car road and would be advised to have 4WD or mid size car. But it is so worth it. Just amazing!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway near state parks to explore as a last little getaway before becoming parents. This place was exactly what we needed! The house was new, clean, and beautiful, and the view of the river was amazing. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much!!

Great place! Very clean. I would definitely consider staying again if we vacation in the same area. We appreciated having two common rooms for our extended family to stay together, nice bedrooms and extra sleeping spaces in basement common room, and good # of bathrooms. The deck was a nice place to sit/rock and enjoy the peaceful winter days (when warm enough). Basement (2 bedrooms and baths + a common space) was cold but mostly taken care of by quality space heaters. We liked being able to walk to the small marina and through the campground loops. Extremely quiet area during our winter holiday visit. I imagine there is more action in the summer (lake) months. Thanks for a quality stay!

This house was amazing! Felt right at home. We were traveling for work and the crew, and I were very confrontable. Location is amazing everything was close and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This home was exactly what we needed for our large family visiting the area for a wedding. The house felt so “homey” as soon as you walked inside and the home was furnished with all kinds of extra linens, towels and kitchen supplies! Sallie was super responsive as we planned for the trip and made sure we had exact directions into the area.

We came to TN for a little vacation. We did not intend to stay long. Once we got to this location, we fell in love and within a week we were planning on moving here! Brian and Susan are some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! The house was only just a fraction of everything that was amazing! Invite your friends…family and you won’t be disappointed!! The location sits on a 25ft waterfall just a 10min hike through the woods and creek behind the house. It’s secluded and has a watering hole to swim in! It’s very nice private and the scenery is beautiful. It’s a 15min drive to Walmart, Publix and a shopping mall. Just an hour drive from broadway and minimal traffic. You won’t regret it!!

Host was super responsive and friendly. Beautiful and quiet location. Enjoyed a relaxing holiday vacation with my family!

Brian is very responsive. The cabin is beautiful and the views and scenery were spectacular. The house was very clean and comfortable. We hosted a songwriters retreat and everyone had great things to say! If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet place to stay..this place is for you! It’s an hour from broadway, 15min from town where all of the malls and shops are, but also far enough away from traffic and neighbors! I recommend this place to everyone!

Russ was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. He has a binder with very detailed information about the property which was very helpful. I loved the place and would definitely rent again.

Brian's place filled out need. overall a fine place for a dedicated rental, i.e. not quality living like a lived in home but certainly functional with all the necessities but not all the amenities you'd hope for. It's a big place, especially the shared living room dining, kitchen area and the master bedroom. The single bathroom can make create a queue in the morning but works otherwise. The real negative is the smaller bedroom has no window a/c, ceiling fan or fan otherwise so it was hot and barely tolerable with the door open to let in air from the rest of the house. All other rooms have fans and A/C so that really needs attention for warm weather stays.

The views stunning, enjoyed the sunsets. Weather was perfect to enjoy the patio and a little bird watching( abundance of woodpeckers and spotted a couple of eagles). The house had everything we needed. The kitchen well equipped as we cooked nightly. We also enjoyed the town of Smithville which has nice boutiques, antiques and coffe shop. Nice tranquil property.

We loved this place. There was so much to do in the area. We loved the setting and the lake around was beautiful! Andrew, the host, communicated perfectly with us. I would recommend this place to others.

If you are looking for beautiful views in a peaceful area, this cabin is your spot! We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this house to everyone. We felt very much at home as it had everything we needed during our stay. The swim spa was an added bonus but the hot tub was our favorite overlooking the lake. Jessica was a responsive and wonderful host! Can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer so we can float in the lake.

The house was exactly like the description and photos. The house is exceptionally clean, welcoming and spacious packed with all the things a family could need while on vacation. We loved taking a walk every day on the trail, going across to the park to play and being able to walk across the yard to the lake whenever we wanted. The accessibility was amazing for us especially having a child with special needs and needing to be right next to the house in case of emergency. We had a blast fishing, kayaking and swimming. When we weren’t enjoying the lake, we enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub or playing many games of air hockey and corn hole. Jason has thought of every detail that a family could need while on vacation even providing extra toiletries in case we forget them. We will be coming back regularly and are already planning on our next trip!

We were in town for my son’s wedding and needed to check in early and Hunter was very accommodating to us! The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful sitting on the Caney Fork River! Thank you for sharing your house with us ❤️

The space was warm and welcoming. The kitchen had a plethora of spices, pots, and pans. The bathrooms were spotless and the view from the living room and upstairs bedroom was immaculate. From check in to check out it was easy as pie. Jerry & Wendy responded to every message within 30 minutes and was very proactive in the check-in process. Already looking to rebook with them next year for our getaway.

Shaun and Sarah’s place is an excellent place to stay and they were excellent hosts.

Cynthia's place is everything as described and more. Lots of extra little touches. Had a couple little hiccups and Cynthia was quick to respond. Very well stocked kitchens, all furniture in great condition, extremely peaceful location with a quick walk to the lake. Plan on returning. Great value and would highly recommend!
