We stayed for a week during Spring Break and loved it. The view is amazing and the breeze from the windows felt so good. The place is clean and cozy. The AC in the bedroom was perfect for sleeping!! Rene was super quick at responding to all my messages. Totally worth it!!

Beautiful almost 2 weeks of a solo business retreat! The space was exactly as described and yes the views are spectacular. I needed a spot to get away from the cold and hunker down to get work done. The WIFI, weather, and location was fantastic for what I needed. I chose to not rent a car, opting for using an UBER and it was a good choice. I did take a couple side trips to the SanSe festival and a snorkel/dive excursion to Culebra Island. Quick tip if you choose to Uber in and out- I Highly reccomend placing a pick-up grocery order at the closest Pueblo market. There is an easy website to do this and I set the pick-up time to align with my Uber trip from the airport. It worked pefectly for me. There was a tiny charge for the additional stop. It was wonderful to arrive with all the provisions I needed!

Carmen met us as we arrived, explained the entire place and then we had a lovely chat with her. Her story of her Vieques beginnings and now coming back was awesome. If you are truly looking for a place that is owned and managed by a local, Carmen's place checks all of the boxes. The views were amazing. The iguanas in the trees below were fun to watch for the kids. The location is ideally situated at the peak of the island between the port town and the beaches on the south side. Two nights wasn't long enough. Thanks Carmen!

Gabriel’s place is just breathtaking - having breakfast with the view of the ocean has no price! The apartment is beautifully decorated, beach vibes, you feel relaxed instantly when getting there! He was also very responsive and helpful, can’t recommend enough!

Very very beautiful place! Spent my birthday there and the view was spectacular! The Pool was AMAZING, Spot is In a very popular area, plenty to do, freeway is near by along with restaurants and gas stations. Home was very comfortable and very clean… with great air! Host was very responsive and helpful when we became lost! lol Actually went out her way to make sure we made it safely. Very much appreciated. Highly recommended! Go Ms. Judith!! Book NOW!!! I loved this place, and I wish I would’ve booked it for my entire trip as I regretted checking out and I would’ve checked back in but they were booked for the rest of the week. It’s very clean. It’s very comfortable. It very quiet with the exception of the wildlife that’s so noisy (the coqui frogs at night, which are pretty cool, but it takes getting used to the sounds). Her location is close to the forest and that’s about the only thing I know of to do in the neighborhood. The only thing that disappointed me was that the Jacuzzi wasn’t heated up, so I didn’t use it and I think they sprayed air freshener on the pillows, which is understandable with the humidity in Puerto Rico, but I have a very bad fragrance sensitivity. The yard is very pretty. I love her garden and plants. I’m a woman traveling alone and I often get nervous in new places and I loved her unit! Plus Coco, her little dog, became my best friend in less than 24 hours. I adore that little dog. She brightened my days!

Beautifully decorated and two separate units worked out great for us. Owner was responsive and gave detailed instructions for entry. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Was worries about there being no air conditioning but wasn't an issue at all; great breeze with open doors and high powered fan were enough to keep the unit cool.

Marie went above and beyond as a host, making sure we were comfortable in Vieques and gave lots of recommendations of things to do in the area. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The place looked exactly like the photos, and we enjoyed having every meal on the balcony, which had new furniture. The kitchen was very well set up with all the pots, pans, etc we needed. The location was great—in the less touristy part of the island, very walking distance from the ferry and grocery store. The air conditioning worked great. Would highly recommend!

This is a truly special place. From the sweeping views of the ocean to the rooftop veranda, well-stocked house with everything one might need for trips to the surrounding beaches, it was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were firm and comfy, the ceiling fans and open windows (with screens, we had very few mosquito bites) kept the house extremely cool so we didn't miss AC at all. Would be an excellent space for older kids, having a toddler did mean that we needed to keep an eye on him since the stairs up to the tower and down to the beach were in a condition best for bigger legs and more coordination. The property manager was extremely kind with excellent local recommendations and securing us a packnplay, and the host was quickly responsive and flexible with our needs for moving our checkout time. If you are looking for luxury accommodations this is not the place, but if you are looking for something truly special with real character, you will not be disappointed.

Overall easy check in and out. Place was cozy and clean. Unfortunately there was an island wide power outage that happened while we were away at a beach but the host reached out very quickly to let us know what was going on. They have a backup solar panel as well. Everything as described! The location was conveinant. I'll be booking again when we return to the island. Check the house to see what you need before going out to buy things for your stay because it may be there, like seasonings for cooking LOL! We didn't and bought to much so the next guests will have items we had to leave behind. Overall 10 out of 10.

Absolutely loved staying at Rosita’s place! We were a group of 7 so the space worked perfectly for us. The balcony was such a nice area to hang out in. A pretty quiet neighborhood with some yummy restaurants and close by to the Ceiba to Vieques/Culebra ferry, which was the intention of our stay. Not a whole lot to do in the area, but it’s a short drive to Fajardo or Luquillo. Instructions & communication from Rosita were always clear and prompt. She also had things like coolers that we were able to use during our stay. a 10/10 overall!

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave! Our host even met us and walked us through the home. We were extremely happy with our choice of stay and will stay there again.

Un lugar muy espectacular para quedarse, muy limpio, organizado y acogedor. Sin mencionar que el personal encargado es muy atento. En mi caso Maryoris fue el personal encargado de mi hospedaje, estuvo muy atenta, muy amable y asegurándose que todo estuviera perfecto para así mismo pasar la estadía. Me explicó todo al detalle y a la perfección. De verdad que con el trato de ella y el lugar pasarán su mejor estadía.

Peaceful Breeze was so wonderful that we would return to PR just to stay there. The hosts were more generous than any I have experienced in terms of making our stay easy, comfortable and welcoming. The location and view are simply incredible. It's in a safe and cute little neighborhood, walkable to the grocery store and perhaps downtown. Highly recommended!

The views from this house is unreal. You can see pretty much everything. As most said, the driveway is steep but well worth it when you get to the house. Gabriel is great to work with and very responsive. You can sit back and just enjoy the views from morning coffee to cooking on the grill and enjoying dinner. Our group enjoyed sitting on the porch playing games and just relaxing.

This venue was beautiful!!! Perfect location and very spacious for my group of eight. Carlos was an amazing host, always responsive and very helpful. I would definitely book again 🌺

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy's place! The condo is comfortable and nicer than the photos show. We loved the rooftop terrace and the quiet location. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was wonderful! Having a grocery store right down the road was really nice and Nancy was very responsive to all of our questions! A couple things that would be helpful to know for your stay here: it is on the top floor (super nice!!) so you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs. We loved Seven Seas Beach and La Pared Beach in Luquillo! They are about 15-20 minutes away via car so renting/having a car is a must! The condo is located in Luis M Cintron, not in downtown Fajardo which means that it's quiet and calm but not walkable to a beach. Having beach chairs provided was amazing. We did not end up using the pools but they looked really nice and didn't seem busy or crowded. So, if you're looking for an affordable Puerto Rico vacation we definitely recommend Nancy's place!

Nice place. The ocean is beautiful but no beach to swim at in front of property. Clean and everything listed. Felt safe in area. Lots to do if you have a car.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!

Sumy was very responsive & proactive in ensuring our stay would be not stressful and very pleasant. the instructions provided were very easy we had no problems checking in. The pictures shown does not do the place justice. very clean with a good amount of amenities provided. we felt right at home for our family of 4. Peaceful location, we had no issues with noisy neighbors or issues in general. Security personnel were present and friendly. Location is very close to the Ferry if you want to go take it to Vieques or Culebras. Not far from Fajardo and Luquillo. We were able to get to Seven Seas Beach, Luquillo Beach, Playa Azul, & El Yunque forest. Our trip to PR was very enjoyable, staying at Sumy's place made it even better.

Great Host ! Went through some unexpected things but he was responsive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend getting scooters there can be parked outside the Airbnb.
