This bungalow is absolutely the coziest! The layout is charming, and the home is adorable—very well maintained and spotlessly clean. My kids and I loved being greeted by Alice on the front porch every day—she’s the sweetest and friendliest dog ever! All the animals at the ranch are so people-friendly, especially BoMama the donkey, who quickly became a favorite. We’re incredibly grateful for the chance to stay at this peaceful and beautiful Airbnb. Barb and David are truly amazing hosts—so kind, hardworking, and incredibly responsive. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely ranch. My kids can’t stop talking about Alice and are already asking when we can come back!

The Peach Chalet was the perfect home away from home for our stay. Cozy and inviting, it had everything we needed for a comfortable extended visit. The views were stunning. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel especially warm and welcoming. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to Palisade and Grand Junction--and the perfect jumping-off point for skiing at Powderhorn. Jennifer and Justin were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again!"

In town for a family wedding. Toni’s house was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean and labeled for easy access to amenities! We have an active 13 month old and Toni provided pack and play, high chair and toys ! The location of the house was close to the town and airport and located on a quiet street ! Toni left a ton of recommendations that made planning outings a breeze ! We hope to come back !

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated all the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We've stayed at a lot of short term rentals with our kids over the years, with some being more child friendly than others. This house though was the best by far, not just providing the standard baby items like a high chair and baby bed but going above and beyond with baby gates, kid dishes, dark curtains in every room for nap time, stools for every sink, potty seat, kid books in every room, tons of toys and a wonderful outdoor play space with a fenced yard and outdoor toys. It was so easy to stay there with our children and they didn't want to leave! Overall highly recommend, especially for anyone with little kids!

Great location next to downtown and the hospital. A lot of room in the three bedrooms, two baths. Full kitchen and backyard! One tv in the living room. The location is through an alley street. Communication was excellent!

Lisa’s restored farmhouse was absolutely gorgeous. From the wooden floors, doors and windows, to the cast iron clawfoot tubs and serene paint colors, my big family felt right at home. Also, no matter what I needed, whether it was a large soup kettle or paper towels, everything was provided. The beds and linens were very comfortable as well, which may be the most important feature for me. Palisade is a beautiful, quaint town and the yellow farm house will take you back in time for a peaceful, unforgettable trip.

Comfortable, peaceful, and beautiful. In addition to having everything we needed as on the listing there were lots of thoughtful little touches too like a nightlight in the bathroom, lots of towel racks, Kleenex, and bedside water glass. Hummingbirds outside our door in the flowers every day, watching chickens do their thing, and visits from sweet kitty Shadow made it extra special.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

This is one of our favorite stays ever. Tori's loft is sunny, charming, comfortable, and well appointed (without being cluttered). The beds are excellent and the kitchen is very functional! The little patio is relaxing in the afternoons and we love the creek running behind. Our high energy dog loves it here too as we've been able to throw the ball for him out in their hayfield and wear him out, then let him take a dip in the water. We love it so much here that we've stayed 2 months and will look forward to our next visit.

Place was quiet and clean, had everything you need. We loved that the door is code locked so doesn’t matter what time you arrive. Internet speed was great. Fridge didn’t stay very cold so don’t plan on keeping food in there, but worked decent for water/drinks. Host was responsive and kind.

My girlfriend and i really enjoyed our stay here, it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen area was a great place to spend some time together and the hot tub was much needed!
