Use of kayak and 2 standing paddle boards on pond included! Hit the 39-mile ATV trail from the property & rent onsite 4-wheelers and E-Bikes. Fenced yard for pups. Sax-Zim Bog birding is 10 min away. Bring your boat to put on 6700 acre Lake Pokegama just down the street! Roast marshmallows on the back yard fire pit overlooking the lake while playing various supplied yard games.
