Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

This is a serene location, surrounded by mixed pines and hardwoods. Wander the trails and dirt roads or sit under the metal roof to hear the rain. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer on site. Living room has fold out couch for sleeping 2 extra for a total of 6 people. There is an office area between the kitchen and the dining area that can be used if you need to get some work done while at the location. I have a ring doorbell camera monitoring the front door for safety.

This small space has everything you need including; stocked kitchen, walk-in closet, sectional sofa and big screen T.V Enjoy your own private patio and separate entrance. Close to 131 highway, Hardy Dam, Dragon Trail, restaurants and more. We live on site, but our home is completely separate from guest house.
