Welcome to my home! This is a spacious guest suite with private entrance, bathroom, walk-in-closet, dining table set, sofa, refrigerator and microwave. Located in north Renton, WA, only 15min. drive to Sea-Tac airport and Bellevue downtown and 25min. to Seattle downtown. 3-4 min drive to the nearest mall, within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

Self-check into this comfortable and quiet basement guest suite that is private, locked off from the upper townhome floors with its own digital entrance with queen bedroom, separate TV room with couch, full bathroom, kitchenette, and kitchen table seating for 4. Queen bed and mattress and living room couch have recently been replaced! Located 5 minutes from Snoqualmie Falls, golf course, I-90, and 25 minutes from Snoqualmie skiing, Bellevue (20 minutes) and Seattle (35 minutes).

Enjoy easy access to hiking, skiing, rafting, historical train ride, Dirt Fish driving school, Snoqualmie Casino, Snoqualmie Falls, golf, breweries, outlet mall, quaint downtown shops and i90. You’ll love the beautiful view of Mt Si and the comfortable bed. You have your own washer/dryer, too. Convenient keyless entry. We do our best to accommodate early arrival or late departures. Our studio unit, with modern appliances and a private entrance, accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a queen-size bed and a sleeping sofa. Situated in a gorgeous area, you’ll be just 5–10 minutes from some of the most beautiful hiking trails. The unit includes one parking space, a full-size washer and dryer, a mini single-burner stove, shower, and coffee maker—ideal for guests who love both comfort and nature. I’m sorry, but no service animals, because of the allergy.

South Fork River Retreat (Close to Downtown)

This one-bedroom mother-in-law apartment has a private entrance and parking space. Walk to the back of the house and you're on the banks of the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River. With easy access to all that North Bend and The Snoqualmie Valley has to offer. Easy access to I-90. We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle, Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport. Exterior security cameras present.
