I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, cozy, and just like in the photos. The host, Piotr, was incredibly kind and responsive — he answered all my questions quickly and even gave great recommendations for food and transportation in Batumi. The location was perfect and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for making my trip comfortable!

It is an extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy apartment. Everything you might need from snow-white towels to a frying pan is in place. The apartment is equipped with the gas heater, which comes in handy in winter. All the devices (the heater, the washing machine, the cooktop, the hood, there is a hoover as well) are in a pristine condition and it's a pleasure to use them. Although the building is new, I barely heard any repair noises. It's an apartment building, so there is a reception downstairs and the guys there are available 24/7. The place is located some 3-4 minutes on foot from the embankment and the beach. There are lots of shops, fruit/vegetable stalls and cafes in the vicinity (I strongly recommend Old Ambari on Chavchavadze st.). Merab was very welcome, tactful and punctual, having arrived in person to hand over the key and was available throughout my stay. Note: the bed is not very big in size, so you might experience inconvenience if you're way above 180 cm in height

ბინას აქვს საბურთალოზე საუკეთესო მდებარეობა. სიმშვიდე, მოწესრიგებული, დაცული და გამართული ინფრასტრუქტურით ეზო. საცხოვრებელი სახლის ინტერიერი არის გარმოჩეულად კარგი, ნაფიქრი და კომფორტული. სისუფთავე შესანიშნავი. საუკეთესო ლოგინები ძილის მოყვარული ადამიანებისთვის. ბინაში არის ყვეალფერი, რაც თვენს სტუმრობას კიდევ უფრო კომფორტულს გახდის. ცალკე აღსანიშნია დიდი ვერანდა და ეზო (აუზით). მოკლედ, ყველას ვუწევ რეკომენდაციას, რომ დარჩეს არჩილის საცხოვრებელში. დიდი მადლობა მასპინძლობისთვის.

Большое спасибо за прекрасные каникулы! Квартира очень большая и комфортная. Очень большая кухня-гостинная. Квартира полностью оборудована всем для комфортного проживания. Мы приезжали большой семьей нам очень понравилось! Расположение квартиры отличное, до метро несколько минут пешком и на метро можно добраться до самого центра. В пешей доступности много разных магазинов и кафешек. Так же у хозяйки есть еще одна квартира, которая находится в том же доме, на одном этаже. Мы приехали большой семьей и было очень удобно. Endzela нас встретила, показала квартиру, и рассказала что есть поблизости. Так же была всегда на связи. Обязательно вернемся!

Konaklamamız boyunca son derece memnun kaldık. Ev oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. İhtiyaç duyabileceğimiz tüm eşyalar eksiksiz bir şekilde düşünülmüş; mutfak ekipmanlarından temiz havlulara kadar her şey hazırdı. Yataklar oldukça rahattı. Konum olarak ise gerçekten çok avantajlı bir yerde bulunuyor. Toplu taşıma araçlarına yürüme mesafesinde olması, şehri gezmek isteyenler için büyük bir kolaylık sağlıyor. Ayrıca çevrede birçok kafe, restoran, market ve fırın bulunuyor. Hem merkezi bir noktada olması hem de sessiz ve güvenli bir mahallede yer alması, konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Ev sahibimiz de oldukça ilgili ve yardımseverdi. İletişimimiz hızlı ve sorunsuzdu; herhangi bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda kolayca ulaşabildik. Tüm bu nedenlerle bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar gelme fırsatımız olursa hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalmak isteriz.

I came back to Nino's place and will return again! Spacious apartment with high ceilings, comfortable bed, very quiet even though close to a busy street. There's a separate room which was used as an office. I enjoyed my staying once again♥️

Nino ve ailesi harikaydı! Öncelikle eve gelmeden Nino bize yardımcı olmak için videolu anlatımlar gönderdi. Ev ve evin bulunduğu sokak gerçekten çok güzeldi. İhtiyaç duyabileceğiniz çoğu şey evde mevcut. 4 dk yürüme mesafesinde bir süper market var. Geldiğimiz gün İnternetle ilgili bir problem yaşamıştık ama Ninonun ailesi 5 dk içinde gelip sorunu çözdüler. Güler yüzlü insanlar. 4 kişi çok rahat edeceğiniz bir ev, kesinlikle değerlendirmelisiniz!

Очень хорошая квартира: чистая, аккуратная, есть все необходимое. Хозяйка отзывчивая и дружелюбная. Красивый вид на город. Квартира находится на небольшой горе, нужно учитывать что нужно будет подниматься

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

this is a great place to check out the wineries in the area, because you cam reach them by foot. there are restaurants and shops right by the flat, so really everything that is needed.

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

We have been staying as a couple with a dog and absolutely loved it. Nice neighbours, terrace with some space to be outside while not leaving our house territory, a cute dog Benny who is happy to see you and receive some cuddles. It had all the necessary amenities and it was warm in the early spring, because the heater works very well. Close to the metro station but very calm neighbourhood. Totally recommended.

Cosy space, perfect for a quiet weekend away. The beach nearby and the friendly dogs were a bonus!

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Nelly was the perfect host! She ensured all amenities were provided and she herself greeted us at check in. She also kept checking in to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything else. The place was exactly as described. The location too was very close to the city and other attractions. Highly recommend!

Отличная уютная и тёплая квартира,в пешей доступности все центральные окрестности,единственное если не ошибаюсь в удобствах квартиры отмечено что в квартире нет фена,но он есть!!!

Victoriaさんは、とても親切で必要に応じてサポートしてくれました。家は清潔で、4部屋あるうちの1部屋になり、洗濯機と電子レンジは共有スペースにありますが、それ以外は部屋の中で完結できます。最寄りのスーパーマーケットやバス停までは徒歩15分程度、そこから街へ行くことができるので問題ありません。周辺の環境として夜は静かですが、道に犬が多いので苦手な人は車の方が良いかもしれません。ありがとうございました！

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

I truly recommend staying here. Sofo and her family are amazing hosts. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. I had booked a stay for three months and extended it another because I enjoyed staying there so much and felt at home. Every issue or potential issue that arose they took care of it quickly and/or informed me of it (sometimes there are utility outages or protests- that’s just Tbilisi for you). Sofo is quick in her communication as well. They have family that lives next door and they are also very kind. The whole family loved my little dog who I travel with. With me having such a long stay they were also kind enough to bring a change of linens every couple weeks as well which was so incredibly welcomed. The area is great- 15 minute walk to Rustaveli metro, 2 minute walk to the bus stop. There are multiple supermarkets, produce markets, cafes, restaurants and bars all within a 5-10 minutes.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

Great Airbnb for our first few nights in Georgia! We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the terrace in the sun. The apartment was warm and spotless with a great view of Tbilisi. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby and easy to walk a lot of places. It was great being picked up by Guram at the airport and taken right to the door! Thank you 😊
