미딩 지역에서 걸어다니기 수월합니다. 바로 앞이 공터이긴 하지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 미딩이 한인타운이라면 길 건너편인 이곳은 로컬느낌이 조금 더 있습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있습니다. 침대도 깨끗했고 주방도구들도 모두 잘 갖춰져있었습니다. 냉방도 잘 되었습니다. 럭셔리하지는 않았지만 가격대비 완벽했습니다. 감사합니다.

I stayed here in May-2021 and I enjoyed it. The location is peaceful, the room is clean and the most I prefer is the security man, who is so friendly.

Apartment is perfect for a couple. Check-in was easy, the 2 ladies in the lobby are very sweet and helpful. You also got a water dispenser in the lobby (which is a bit slow though). Finding the apartment was not too difficult. It's next to a small local restaurant. Location is good for people who don't want to be in the Old Quarter where all the tourists are staying. It is way more quiet here and you don't have too many restaurants in walking distance but it's no problem with Grab. Lamp on the night stand didn't work but communication with host was very easy, she reacted quickly and we got a new lamp. Apartment gets a bit stuffy after a while and kitchen has a bit of a smell if you have a sensitive nose. Kitchen wasn't very clean either and the pans etc are not very new, mostly scratched but it's only an issue if you want to cook I guess. Other than that it was fully equipped. Bathroom was super clean and I loved the rain shower. Good pressure too! All in all I would recommend!

Lien is one of the best airbnb hosts I've ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and quick in responding to messages. The room is super big and new compared to its price. The design is modern yet rustic at the same time, the room is very quiet and bright - perfect for a short trip to visit the capital city.

Linh's apartment was a life saver and I really appreciated her ability to accommodate me at short notice. I moved to her place because the original Airbnb I had booked with a different host proved to be uninhabitable owing to unbearable noise from renovation work in the flat above and loud music from a bar below. I really enjoyed my stay in Linh's apartment. The location is great, particularly the proximity to West Lake. The neighbourhood itself is well worth exploring; once off the main road, there are a lot of interesting side streets and alleyways and also some impressive temples not to mention an abundant supply of coffee shops. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Linh is an excellent host and was very kind in letting me have a late check-out. The ladies who manage the building are super friendly and enabled a smooth check-in. I would highly recommend Linh's place for both short and long term stays and would very happily stay there again.

The Orchard Suites was a great place to stay. The room was very clean and suitable for long stays. There is an amazing roof top of views of the city. The lake, restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. Linh and her staff were good hosts and responded quickly to questions asked.

First of all, the house was very spacious and clean, the kitchen had all the amenities, and the location was 30 minutes to the center. Most of the locals live in this area, there are cafes and markets nearby. The owner of the house responds immediately, and if you want to rent a motorbike, the lady working there will help you. I would like to thank Kim Phuong, who is a very helpful and good person. She is a very sincere and good person.

It was our first time in Vietnam, and it was an amazing experience! When we arrived, the room was absolutely clean, and all conditions were the same as in the photos. There was a cafe near the apartments with a tasty kitchen and a supermarket with all the necessary things. We really appreciate the friendly staff working in this place. And a very big plus for Asia was a dry machine for clothes on the first floor. Thank you, Linh and Quan, for your help with all our requests!
