It has wide views of the country, with all the amenities modern life requires. Upstairs, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, living\dining room and master bedroom. Downstairs, there is a second living area with second kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Home includes private deep water dock. Perfect location for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Fire pit is perfect for cool nights.

Come and relax at our peaceful cottage. Open floor plan with amazing views of the expansive cove that looks out to the big water! Enjoy the stars from the fenced in yard sitting around the fire pit or the private dock. Large screened porch with ample seating. 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and attached bath. 2nd bdrm has a full bed and bunks. 2nd full bath in hall. Relax with the family at this peaceful place with GORGEOUS sunsets. When we say family, we mean pets & horses as well! We have 12 stables, 7 paddocks. Fenced yard & in ground pool. 5 fireplaces & heart pine floors. 3 living/family rooms. Once owned by the DuPont family (yes that DuPont family), the main part of the home is 96 yrs old and has many charming details. The 4 car garage was also the site of building race cars for the DuPonts. Pear Tree Farm offers the best in country quaintness.

With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

The outside logs are painted gray to blend in with nature. The inside is beautiful natural pine, with 3 bedrooms/1 bath/2 queen and 2 bunk beds with a loft, washer/dryer. It's conveniently located 4 miles off Interstate I 77 and 2 miles from the 1770 Historical town of Ridgeway, SC off Hwy 21 north.
