Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. This cosy and relaxed neighbourhood is filled with covered markets, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Metro is Verdaguer (yellow line) at the end of the street (2 min walk) and brings you directly to all the interesting places e.g old town, beach ... The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport. Public parking is available in front of the apartment (outside) and free depending of the area and timing. Private parking (covered with guard and 24 accessible) is available at a special rate of 15 Euros a day.

We've got you cover! :) We are right in the heart of the chic L'Exaple distric, whose beautifully planned architecture is world famous. Just outside the old city, Dreta de L'Example's leafy boulevards are home to Gaudi stunners like Casa Battlo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera). Hight-end shopping on the ritzy Passeig de Gracia is just a few blocks away, with Plaza Catalunya and the famous Ramblas located less than 15 minutes walk from our building. The apartment is in a prime central location, where you can walk to most of the important points of Barcelona. Sagrada familia 15 minutes walk, as well as plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, and the old town distric. Passeig de Gracia famous avenue is just 5 minutes walk. The nearest metro stations, just 2 block away, are the L-4 Yellow Line, Girona stop, and the L-5 Blue Line, Verdaguer stop. The L-4 will take you to the beach, 3 stops away, while the L-5 will get you to Sants, the main Rail Station, 4 stops away. From the airport, a taxi will take 40 minutes and cost around 40€, or you can take the Airport Shuttle Bus ( 30/35 minutes and 5,50€) to Plaza Catalunya, which is a short-15 minute walk from our building. -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24 hours reception so it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra charge for late check-in: from 21:00hs to 23:00hs: 30€, after 23:00hs: 50€ to be paid when you arrive to the apartment. -Check-out time is at 11:00hs. Con fácil acceso desde la autopista AP-7 y hacia las playas. La zona ofrece numerosas actividades que permiten a todos disfrutar al máximo de las maravillosas posibilidades de esta región. .Zona de parking, Entrada y jardín común .Nosotros vivimos en la misma finca, por lo que estamos a su disposición cuando lo necesiten, para informarles de la zona, tiendas donde comprar, sitios para visitar, restaurantes donde comer etc. Es un pequeño pueblo tranquilo, donde se pueden dar paseos caminando o en bicicleta y con el coche en pocos minutos estas en la playa. Figueres para visitar el Teatro Museo Salvador Dalí y en Cadaquès, precioso pueblo pescador donde se encuentra Portlligat para visitar la casa museo de Dalí parada de autobús junto a la finca. se puede aparcar en el exterior de la finca o en el parking en el interior de la misma Desde nuestra casa estan cerca de preciosas playas, unas mas convurridas y otras mucho mas tranquilas, del llamada triangulo Daliniano, formada por el teatro-museo Salvador Gala Dalir, su casa de Portlligat al lado de Cadaqués y el Castillo de Pubol última casa donde vivio el genio del surrealismo. La Preciosa ciudad de Girona con su casco antiguo de los mas bellos del país y muchos otros pueblos medievales y pesqueros.

Cal Boter Menescal es una casa reformada del S.XVII, localizada en la zona vinícola del Penedés, a 50 minutos de Barcelona y 20 minutos de Tarragona, cerca de la playa y con gran oferta cultural, como visitas a bodegas y cavas, senderismo, etc. Ideal para parejas, grupos reducidos o familias. El alojamiento dispone de parking independiente en el mismo edificio. En la planta baja tenemos la habitación suite, con cuarto de baño independiente. En la primera planta tenemos el resto de las estancias: habitación con cama de matrimonio , habitación con dos camas independientes, y con salida a una pequeña terracita, el cuarto de baño principal, y la sala de estar - comedor, con la cocina en la misma estancia. En la misma planta disponemos de una terraza de unos 15 m2. Proporciono información sobre actividades, restaurantes, etc. por la zona. "I speak English" y "je parle un peu français". La región del Penedés se encuentra entre Barcelona y Tarragona, cerca de la Costa Dorada. Ofrece actividades sobre el mundo del vino y el cava, además de estar cerca de lugares turísticos como la Ciudadela Ibérica de Calafell, las ruinas romanas de la antigua "Tarraco" (Ciudad declarada patrimonio de la UNESCO), etc. Los aeropuertos más cercanos son el Aeropuerto de Reus (a 30 min en coche) y el de Barcelona el Prat (a 45 minutos). La estación de tren está a 5 minutos en coche (en el municipio de El Vendrell), con conexiones cada hora a Barcelona y Tarragona.
