The family had a fantastic week at a great location. Joao was a great host and super helpful.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful rural lemon farm. Very peaceful and idillic, perfect for a quiet week away, especially in the summer sun. Will require access to a vehicle to get anywhere but some wonderful places as Jorge recommended only a short drive away.

A beautiful location and property in the hills of the Douro. the house and grounds are all kept in great condition. marina was really helpful with organizing food being delivered to the property and local transport as needed. I'd highly recommend visiting during the summer months to fully enjoy the pool and outdoor spaces.

Un emplacement magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Il faisait trop froid pour profiter de la piscine, mais le jardin, plein de charme, nous a conquis. La maison est très bien pensée, pratique et parfaitement équipée. Tout est moderne, récemment rénové avec goût. On recommande sans hésiter !

We waren met een groep van zes personen, en de locatie bood gezelligheid, luxe en privacy. Het contact met Hugo liep perfect, zowel bij aankomst als vertrek. We hebben heerlijk genoten, en kunnen deze zalige villa van harte aanbevelen. Groetjes, Michael & Dinja

Perfect spot for a weekend exit or even multi family vacation. Plenty of space, different house areas, amazing. Super clean and smelling amazing, highly recommended. Local food is epic!

The hosts were amazing! they made sure we will feel at home from the first day. took care of any issue that came by. they brought us fresh bread every morning. the surrounding is really magical. the only thing that was a bit sucks was the washing machine and the dryer. it was in a different structure with 1 min walk and when the weather is raining its not that easy. other than that everything was fine!

O espaço é bom para um grupo de 4 pessoas e muito acolhedor. Trata-se de uma casa pequena totalmente remodelada e também com uma pequena garagem. Mesmo não usando a garagem, há sempre lugar de estacionamento na rua, perto da casa. Tem boa climatização (ar condicionado). Tem alguns utensílios de cozinha, os necessários para algumas refeições em casa. Fomos muito bem recebidos e os anfitriões mostraram-se sempre disponíveis para qualquer situação. A nossa estadia correu muito bem. No geral, damos 5 estrelas a tudo. Quando voltarmos a Castro Daire, concerteza voltaremos a contactar estes anfitriões.

Le logement est dans un des plus beau endroit que j’ai vue au Portugal.Le village de Nodar est miniature et pittoresques. Une rivière fait presque le tour du village entouré de montagne. Pour les amateurs de nature et de petit village ancien c’est un vrai coup de cœur. Le logement est lui aussi incroyable, mais le charme du village lui donne un gros bonus.

The place is not on the town center, but that was clear from the instructions and description, so no surprise there. Fatima always answered very quickly and the check-in was quick and efficient. Fatima also provided some local recommendations for restaurants and was quite flexible with our needs.

Casa histórica mantida com muito bom gosto. Fomos muito bem recebidos e a comunicação com o anfitrião foi ótima. Tudo muito limpo. Casa muito confortável e acolhedora, não faltava nada, sentimo-nos em casa! Ficamos com saudades da casa e do ambiente que a rodeia. Obrigado por tudo!

Nous y avons fait un très court séjour mais le logement était comme décrit, entièrement équipé, joliment décoré, confortable et au calme. Les hôtes parfaits, très aimables, disponibles malgré une arrivée tardive. Je recommande

We booked here last minute, without spending too much time looking at the surrounding area. We had the best surprise turning up and finding this incredible property in the center of such natural beauty. We wanted to be in a private, quiet spot, with views from the house, and plenty of walking routes surrounding. Just 20 min walk from the river (where you can swim) and plenty of hiking opportunities this couldn't have been more perfect. The house was beautiful, not without a few small issues with its amenities (though this was made clear to us in the listing and reflected in the price), and was clean when we arrived. Sérgio was very helpful and communicated everything we needed with fast response time. I highly recommend this home as a getaway for those needing some time away from the city or wanting to be submerged in nature without compromising on comfort at home.
