The Perch

The Perch overlooks a babbling creek and 60-acre berry farm. On their own 4 acres, guests have access to a nature trail around a green pasture where sheep and goats graze. A short drive across the bridge is the farm entrance to enjoy various activities and berries in season.

Located above a detached garage, The Best Guest House is a unique space. A full size pool table welcomes you as you walk through the door. When you walk to the back, you'll find the kitchen which has a vintage stove that adds a cool touch to the modern decor. Look for a "secret" door and you'll find the bedroom space tucked behind the door. Guest House is located in the small southern town of Brewton, just 60 miles from the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast and 90 miles from the Alabama Gulf Coast.

Please make yourself at home in our cozy renovated nearly 100 year old home. Just minutes from historic downtown Brewton, parks, shopping and restaurants. Plan a day trip to the pristine white beaches in Pensacola located just 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Then head back to your warm and inviting home to enjoy the sunset on the enclosed porch or just curl up on the couch in front of the 65" TV. There is a laundry mat conveniently located less than a mile. We are not responsible for water, Power or Internet service issues that may occur during your stay. THINGS TO NOTE: We do have a rooster that is fond of crowing. Lol
