The house of Miriam was very good! And also the communication with Miriam and the cooking class was excellent :) Highly recommend!

Wij hebben twee weken een fantastische tijd gehad in het huisje van Ivan. Het ligt op een geweldige locatie bovenop de heuvel tussen de wijnvelden. Het uitzicht zowel overdag als ‘s avonds is fantastisch. Ivan is ook een geweldige host. Reageert heel snel en denkt mee en komt met leuke dingen. Zo hebben we zelfs met ons gezin een bbq en wijnproeverij gehad. Supergezellig. Ik denk dat we zeker nog een keer langsgaan. Een echt aanrader als je van rust en privacy houdt. In de buurt ook leuke uitstapjes mogelijk. Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini, Venetië en Florence is allemaal goed te doen in een dag.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fijn en prachtig huis met heerlijk zwembad. Goede host, mooie omgeving. Hele fijne plek om Italië te ontdekken met veel leuke dingen in de buurt en om te ontspannen!

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno nella Villa Viktoria & Andras durante le vacanze natalizie. È stato il ritrovo ideale per trascorrere il tempo in famiglia e di esplorare gli incantevoli paesaggi che offrono le Foreste Casentinesi dintorni. Tredozio è un paese tranquillo, che conserva le tradizioni di un tempo. Il supermercato più vicino dista circa 15 minuti in auto, ma per quanto riguarda gli essenziali ci siamo trovati bene anche in centro al paese. Particolarmente apprezzato che la Villa avesse una camera al piano terra (comoda per persone che hanno meno facilità a fare le scale) e che ognuno avesse a disposizione la sua camera con bagno privato.

L'appartamento di Giuliana si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla a due passi dal centro di Bologna, che può essere raggiunto comodamente a piedi in una quindicina di minuti. Dispone inoltre di un comodo posto auto: un must se si vuole arrivare a Bologna in auto e poi girare la città a piedi! L'appartamento è pulitissimo e molto luminoso situato al sesto piano e quindi lontano dai rumori della strada. Giuliana si è inoltre dimostrata molto disponibile e flessibile per quanto riguarda l'orario di arrivo e ha fornito indicazioni precise e puntuali su come effettuare il check in in autonomia. Consiglio assolutamente!

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Very good location from which to explore Bologna, within easy walking distance to most points in the historic core. Everything matched photos and was very clean/well maintained. Hosts were exceptionally responsive and friendly. Peaceful with private garden area, well isolated from any street noise. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bologna and our accommodation was perfect - great decor, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. The location is superb, just off Piazza Maggiore and everything worth seeing is walkable from the apartment. Excellent place!

The residence is in a clean, quiet, and safe neighbourhood, with decent parking outside and a tight parking space inside (be careful if you're driving a large vehicle) which is gated. Neighbours are respectful and the street is lined up with trees, with a school at the back although you barely hear them. Medicina is an excellent location to drive to different places in the Reggio Emilia region, especially towards the coast & around 40 mins from Bologna airport. You can do a few good runs in the area with lovely countryside not too far away - just be wary of the cars on Via Sillaro when running. There's a lovely bedroom upstairs but we didn't use it as we used the two bedrooms adjacent to each other. The place was spotless and excellently kept (I believe it had a recent renovation too). The beds are great too, with highly comfortable mattresses and pillows. We spent 5 nights and are highly appreciative of the lovely experience, including from the host (Diana) herself.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje en tuin zijn geweldig. Ook de parkeerplaats is een groot pluspunt. Perfecte plek om te verblijven als je naar Bologna gaat.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia compagna nell'appartamento di Stefania il fine settimana dal 4 al 7 aprile. La casa è impeccabile in tutto ordine, pulizia e curata con personalità, le istruzioni del check in chiarissime e la posizione dell'abitazione comoda a due passi dalla piazza principale di lugo. Stefania è gentilissima, disponibile e rapida nel rispondere ad ogni domanda. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare da lei per chi cerca un fine settimana di tranquillità.

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

siamo arrivati facilmente seguendo le precise indicazioni di Giacomo e abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui andavamo in cerca, natura silenzio e relax! non in secondo piano la struttura che offriva tutti gli spazi abitativi descritti dall'host. Consiglio vivamente a chi "vuole staccare la spina". Ottime anche le trattorie nel territorio.

Wir waren zu viert für eine Übernachtung am Wochenende in der Wohnung von Elena. Diese ist gerade für mehrere Personen ideal, verfügt sie doch über drei Schlaf- und zwei getrennte Badezimmer. Uns allen hat sie sehr gut gefallen, sie ist groß, hell, freundlich, schön eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und hat einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und die Landschaft. Auch im herrlichen großen Garten, inmitten schöner Natur, findet sich ein Bereich wo man gemütlich sitzen und zum Beispiel den Tag fein ausklingen lassen kann. Elena und Michael waren ganz tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einer Fragestellung haben sie uns hilfreich unterstützt. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Très contents de notre séjour à la casa Luisa, très propre et bien équipée. Le village est à proximité à pied, et comprend de nombreux commerces et un joli marché le mercredi. Spilamberto est situé juste entre modène et Bologne, ville magnifique. Nous avons adoré nous balader à vélo sur les collines environnantes au milieu des cerisiers en fleurs, des vignes et des patûrages verdoyants, avec toujours en fond de vallée la rivière du Panaro... un très bel endroit. Un grand merci à Gianlucca.

Siamo stati solo una notte in questo appartamento molto molto ampio, pulitissimo e di recente ristrutturazione. Carla è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente, se torneremo nuovamente da quelle parti sicuramente ci torneremo. Cinque stelle meritatissime!

I had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning and made the experience even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
