Una scala porta al suggestivo sottotetto dal quale si può ammirare l'isola di San Giorgio. L'appartamento ( al piano rialzato) ampio e molto luminoso è adatto a famiglie numerose o piccoli gruppi di amici ed è vicino alla fermata di Fondamente Nove ( senza ponti! ) molto comodo all'aeroporto e alle isole di Murano, Burano e Torcello. Campo Santa Maria Nova è a due passi, la Venezia vera.
