Gorgeous property in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Flo is the most fabulous host, providing wonderful information before arrival (including a video to help find the property and how to check in) and sent recommendations for restaurants. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the kayak/paddleboards as we missed the day when the sea was calm, but we instead went into the mountains (reached within a couple of minutes) and did a quad bike tour which was fun. Would love to return !

Superb host and a stunning location! Like a little piece of paradise, even better in real life than it looked in the photos. Stefano was a great host, helpful, responsive, respectful and friendly. Absolutely cannot fault anything about our experience!

Very much enjoyed staying at Salvatore’s house. Everything was as described and looked just like the photos. Pristinely clean and well accommodated, it had everything we needed. The outdoor space in particular was very special and the pool was pristine.

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Der Aufenthalt bei Giuseppe und Gloria war wundervoll. Wir sind erst gegen Mitternacht angekommen und wurden von den beiden herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man sich wünscht - Küchenutensilien, Strandtücher, Grill und Zubehör, Pool, Außendusche, Liegen und eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Nicht zu vergessen ist der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, der durch ein großes Tor geschützt ist. Wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat ist die Altstadt gut in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso wie Strand und Supermärkte. Ein Highlight war für uns der Weg hoch auf den Berg zur Unterkunft mit der Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Wie kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

We had an amazing stay at the villa, which was beautiful with breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains. It was the perfect balance between being close to Cefalù and enjoying the peace and quiet of the hills in Collesano. Eleonora was a wonderful host, always attentive and responsive, which made our experience even better. We had a fantastic time with friends in this idyllic setting. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

Firstly this place is amazing!! From the personal greeting when you arrive (we arrived at nearly 11pm), fresh salad, fruit, vegetables, local honey, olive oil from the olive trees in the valley…every detail was covered in this little oasis. The villa had everything you needed and was cosy, the pool was amazing for a swim overlooking the the valley. Ute was always warm and friendly on hand for any advice of places to visit. Then there were the pets 2 or 3 cats (one of which called Mrs Sunshine took up residence with us for most of our stay) and the donkey and her donkey / horse cross daughter were a source of amusement during our break I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!!!

Sehr sehr schön und individuell eingerichtete geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr sehr bezaubernde Terrasse mit Blick in den Obst- Garten und über die ganze Bucht, wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein und durften Orangen, Zitronen Pampelmusen aus dem Garten nutzen die wirklich delicious waren!! Im zu Fuß auch erreichbaren Santa Flavia gibt es kleine ursprüngliche Lebensmittel- geschäfte und alles was man benötigt. Dort gibt es tags auch eine Zugverbindung nach Palermo. Filippo holte uns im Ort ab und brachte uns auf das Anwesen. Sehr freundlich, viele hilfreiche Tips zu Palermo und Umgebung, er ging auch auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer guten Terme ein uns sandte per WA weitere Informationen zu. -- Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Sono stato molto soddisfatto del soggiorno da lusu casa vacanze. Elena e Massimo sono molto cordiali, la struttura è dotata di ogni comfort, dallo spremiagrumi al microonde. Ogni ambiente della casa è molto pulito, il letto è molto comodo, le lenzuola sono profumate e la struttura corrisponde esattamente alle foto su airbnb. La posizione è ottimale in quanto si trova tra Palermo e Cefalu, al mio arrivo ho trovato dei dolci tipici del luogo e delle cialde per il caffè. Consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Ci siamo trovati bene, Antonio gentilissimo ci ha lasciato un benvenuto x la colazione con un ottimo caffè, ci ha dato anche ottimi consigli x visitare Cefalù e Castelbuono con la pasticceria Fiasconaro

Aldo da subito si è mostrato cordiale e reattivo, dando delle indicazioni precise e rispondendo e venendo incontro a tutte le nostre richieste (come ad esempio il check in anticipato). La casa è perfetta per famiglie con bambini, ci sono anche i seggioloni e giochi per bambini nonché un grande spazio esterno. Ci ha molto colpiti la gentilezza di Aldo che ci ha fatto trovare dei regalino per bambini e delle ottime panelle. Ottima accoglienza e comunicazione. Lo raccomando e ci torneremo senza dubbio

An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

Eins der besten Airbnbs, in denen ich in den letzten Jahren war! Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach toll. Und auch das Meeresrauschen ist sehr schön. Fußläufig erreicht man Sant'Ambrogio, wo man sich in den Abendstunden auf eine Parkbank setzen und den Sonnenuntergang anschauen kann.

Piero was very helpful and answered all of our questions before arriving in Pollina. He’s very responsive and kind. The house was really great for its price. We were even able to invite two people from our family during our stay. Internet was a bit tricky but we were able to buy a SIM card with 250GB of internet so we were able to work and have meetings. We recommend Piero’s place to anyone who wants to visit Sicily. It’s a bit of a drive to get to the top but well worth it because of the views and the people in Pollina are warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back next time!

Siamo stati veramente bene l'appartamento di Giuseppe pulito ordinato e' organizzato con tutte le comodita' e' posizionato in una situazione strategica con una splendida vista su Caronia e sul mare....Si possono fare facilmente delle escursioni sui Monti Nebrodi Bosco delle Fate fin a Capizzi gustando le spettacolari istallazioni artistiche di Fiumara D'Arte o sulla costa del Tirreno il percorso da Caronia sul Mare a Santo Stefano di Camastra famosa per le Ceramiche e fin alla perla Cefalu'... La cordialita' e l'accoglienza di Giuseppe ci hanno reso questo soggiorno ancor piu' bello... Grazie di Cuore Giuseppe da Giorgio Nobile and Friends

L'alloggio è stato di nostro gradimento, spazioso e dotato di un bagno ed uno di servizio. Presenti tutti i comfort: divano, televisione, macchinetta del caffè. Casa arredata con gusto e in ottimo stato, evidentemente nuova. L'host ci ha dato istruzioni dettagliate su come raggiungere il parcheggio piú vicino, unica pecca del posto in quanto borgo dotato di strade strette e con forte pendenza. Raccomandiamo perció un mezzo piccolo per raggiungere la casa che sicuramente merita cinque stelle!

Wir hatten einen tollen und entspannten Aufenthalt bei Anastasia! Die Wohnung ist kurz vor dem Eingang zur Besteigung des „Rocca“ auf einer Anhöhe gelegen. So hat man von der oberen Terrasse einen tollen Blick über Cefalù. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Etagen. Auf der unteren befinden sich Küche und Bad. Die obere Etage ist durch eine Wendeltreppe verbunden. Dort befindet sich das Bett. Von der oberen Etage aus erreicht man die schöne und mit Pflanzen bewachsene schattige sowie großzügige Terrasse. Dort haben wir immer gegessen. Anastasia und ihr Mann waren sehr nett und waren immer ansprechbar. Frühstück für mehrere Tage fanden wir im Kühlschrank sowie erklärten sie uns den Grill. Vielen Dank!

Prachtig appartement, met veel faciliteiten en veel ruimte. Erg genoten van ons verblijf en zouden het zeker aanraden. Lucietta was flexibel met in en uitchecken en erg responsief. Een top tijd gehad! Note: de locatie is anders dan in airbnb is aangegeven. 5 minuten met de auto van het centrum.

Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt an diesem magischen und energetischen Ort. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön mit vielen heimischen Bäumen und Pflanzen, direkt am Meer mit einem atemberaubenden Blick in die Ferne und einem gemütlichen, stilvoll eingerichteten Haus. Es ist alles dort, was man braucht. Das Baden im Meer ist perfekt und privat, niemand sonst ist an dem Strand. Es sind wunderschöne historische Orte in der Umgebung und Wanderungen mit Blick auf die gesamte Nordküste möglich. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich, herzlich, authentisch und liebevoll. Es lebt eine kleine, tolle Katze auf dem Grundstück. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alle Gute, von Herzen Stephanie und Robert.

Such a wonderful stay in Santa Flavia! The perfect place to be if you want to not only relax, but also visiting places along the coast like Cefalu and Palermo. The creek behind the accommodation splendid. So much seafood in the area, and a fantastic restaurant only 5 minutes from the accommodation. Filippa, a lovely, generous lady who hosted the accommodation, was both very informative and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Filippa!

Wir hatten eine super Woche in der Wohnung nähe Cefalu. Der check-in hat super funktioniert und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und Massimo ist immer zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage zum Entspannen und das Meer 🌊 ist einen Spaziergang entfernt.

My husband, his mother and I stayed at Elina’s place for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer! The house was beautiful and was in a great peaceful spot near Cefalu but outside of the busy areas. The kitchen was stocked with some basic food supplies like coffee and pasta and Elina helpfully had a bottle of milk she gave us because the little market was closed the day we arrived. Keep in mind the bedrooms are separated from the main living room & kitchen area, you have to go outside briefly to go up the stairs: this wasn’t a problem for us - we loved the unique layout and charm. The San Ambrosio neighborhood is cozy, quiet and interesting to walk around. The main downtown Cefalu area has amazing beaches and restaurants - you must plan some time to check it out!
