The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

The house was newly constructed, everything was new, clean, and well-maintained. Its location is perfect—right on the main road with easy access to the beach and close to the market, which made everything very convenient. The host, Emil, was a genuinely good and welcoming person—very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. Highly recommended

I recently had an exceptional stay at Khayyam's place. He was incredibly helpful, ensuring every aspect of my visit was comfortable and seamless. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease due to his warm hospitality and clear communication. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, offering quick access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Khayyam's dedication to making the stay memorable was outstanding; he was always available to answer questions and assist with any needs that arose. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.

The perfect host and the perfect holiday home. The house was amazing, both from a functional and an aesthetic point of view. The façade of the house mirrors the mountain to its opposite, with the pool in-between them. Sahmar was very kind and truly hospitable. He helped us with all of our concerns including a car breakdown, going above and beyond his duties as a host.

Beautiful Apartment, close to all attractions by 5-7 minutes drive. Elmir was responsive and really helpful. Definitely worth it, recommend 🙌

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

Great space! Perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Hosts were always very quick to respond and help however possible. We loved it and so did our dog :)

Hüseyin Abi ist ein toller Mensch. Es war alles im besten Zustand, Sauber und ordentlich. Bei einem kleinen Problem das wir hatten war er auch sehr schnell zur Stelle. Alles in allem einfach super. 👍

The best host and the best place to stay. I stayed with my family for 6 nights and had no problems. Elyar was helpful to us in all ways and was just a text away. He even helped us with free airport pick up and drop. This is a must recommeded place. Thankyou 🙂

Irada's place is peaceful and surrounded with beautiful pomegranate and their family historical fig tree. our host was always responsive and very kind. She infact gave us fig jam that she made from the tree in the garden. The home was spotless and clean. It has all amenities we needed and was just perfect. we took morning walk at the Caspian sea which is walkable. Nearby restaurants are either sea breeze or Masaram plaza. Bolt was available though.

We are very thankful and grateful to have and choose this apartment and host Mr. Huseyn. We had a best host so far as travellers because Mr. Huseyn allowed us to checked in early and checked out late since out flight get delayed for 2 hours more, he allowed us to stay until 5pm and yet after knowing our flights delayed he adjusted again and allow us to stay until 7PM. Also the whole apartment is clean and comfortable to stay, he also responsible and responsive host that will reply and help you when you chat him. thank you so much Mr. Huseyn for letting us stayed with lots of peace of mind and wonderful experienced here in Baku, Azerbaijan. Greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. The house is very clean, and has all amenities you can need during your stay. View to the front yard and back yard is beyond description, you will love it. The sound river flowing nearby accompanies you 24/7 and that is priceless. Definitely recommended.
