I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orxan's villa in Baku, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, Orxan was an incredibly gracious and welcoming host, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The villa itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and well-maintained interiors. Each room is spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor area where we enjoyed many relaxing evenings. What truly set this stay apart was Orxan's attention to detail and commitment to making our visit memorable. He provided us with excellent local recommendations, arranged transportation when needed, and was always available to answer any questions we had. His hospitality made us feel right at home. Nazim is a great host, not only his apartment was beautiful and located right in the middle of the city, but he himself was a great and supportive person. I like the apartment because: 1. It’s walkable distance to Nizami street 2. The view from the living room of the city and park was too good 3. The apartment itself is great with fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, large bedrooms and living space 4. Supermarket, restaurants etc. are just at walking distance Also Nazim is a great host because: 1. He speaks fluent English 2. He provides great recommendations on how you can plan your trip ahead 3. He can organise for local transport that’s very cheap as compared to booking an Uber or bolt. Remember the uber and bolts take very long to come because of the Baku traffic 4. He is very friendly and honest person Overall I was completely happy and satisfied with this trip and looking forward to my next one.

Cute villa surrounded by nature! Samir was extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the best places to stay if you’re in Gabala, especially after rainy season when the hills would be green. Loved the lawn and the garden with cherry blossoms!

Ездили в Шахдаг кататься на лыжах. До склона от дома довольно быстро добирались на машине. Очень понравился дом! В доме есть необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Хозяин дома очень гостепреимный и отзывчивый! Рекомендую! 5+++

Cozy 5 bedroom villa with an amazing pool

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone visiting Baku. The proximity to both red and green metro lines and a great park make it an excellent location, all at a great value! And Khalid is a great host who is very responsive if there are any questions.

Ulvi ist ein Herzensguter Mensch er hat mir immer sehr weitergeholfen. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet.Würde das nächste mal wieder doet hingehen.Direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es Cafes, Friseur Restaurants und Supermärkte beste Lage.Ausserdem ist ein Aufzug auch noch vorhanden.Gerne Wieder ! Respekt Ulvi weiter so!

I had a lovely week staying at Shafiga's apartment during the COP29. Even though she was away, she made sure that everything is okay and communicated well with me. The room is enough for one or two with a beautiful view and local neighbourhood. There are many supermarkets nearby and taxis/buses to get to the town. I just could stay at her place without going out anywhere. The room was that nice :) Would totally recommend for everyone!

Симпатичный деревянный дом А профиля. Было комфортно с двумя маленькими детьми. Рядом небольшая детская площадка, с веранды открывается вид на небольшую речку и вдали видны горы. На территории есть все для шашлыка. Быстро добрались на своей машине до курорта Шахдаг, где есть развлечения и зимой и летом.
