Spectacular view with windows galore, the backyard was in full bloom with lots of seating area, super comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and again, the view! Our two small pups felt welcome and enjoyed the fenced yard. We are planning a return visit soon.

We had a wonderful stay! Took our new baby on her first vacation and it was perfect. Our dog especially loved running around the spacious beautiful backyard, the walks to the water and then laying in front of the fire. Very cozy place to stay we would definitely come again!

Great Views, great place. Beach is amazing. Loved the stay and would recommend it. Well stocked kitchen with cast iron pans that are so much better than the usual rental scratched non-stick pans you find in other places. Just missing an ice cream scoop. Some of the linens were scratchy. I think they were microfiber which were once super soft but when washed repeatedly the synthetic fibers break and become scratchy. The bedding in the TV room we had to stash in the downstairs closet because of the obnoxious smell. I feel like the cleaning service must have spilled a bottle of Febreeze in the wash or something. The hot tub was hot and had a great view. Everything worked and was clean. The rental book was very detailed with directions, how to access the beach and use things with the exception of the downstairs TV which had a baffling smart TV like none I’ve ever used. The house was beautiful and a restful place away from the city. I agree with other reviews and it was super clean. My small family thoroughly enjoyed the house and its proximity to hiking trails and Healdsburg downtown.

What a beautiful setting right on the ocean. Sitting in the hot tub looking out on the ocean or at night at the stars was wonderful. The location is so convenient to Point Cabrillo Lighthouse and Russian Gulch State Park. Check out the Skunk Train rail bike excursion on the Noyo - a great experience.

Karen was an excellent host and her home was comfortable and cozy. There was a bit of a snafu with the cleaners (misread calendar), but Karen respond immediately and resolved the issue (cleaners came out and cleaned the place great and were super apologetic). We loved the location and the beautiful living room, comfortable beds, and hot tub. Our dogs enjoyed the yard and we appreciated that we could bring our dogs with us! We would definitely stay again!

Aptly named, Sea Sanctuary offered great repose to our family which included grandparents from Florida! Upon entering this unique build, one is immediately transported… to receive the gift of a true vacation! We enjoyed the Japanese/Balinese influenced design and decor. We marveled at the well planned living space including majestic panoramic ocean views. We fully enjoyed and utilized the AMAZING kitchen, inspired by the “everything you could need or imagine” gadgets, dishes, and machines! We made soups and a birthday cake for our 11 year old. We had a bbq on the back deck for lunch. The clean hot tub was a treat as the weather was quite chilly! The easy trek to the bike path and beach was a highlight for our ocean loving family! Words can not fully capture the genuine feelings of peace, comfort, as well as adventure that Ted Seymour has provided by offering to share his beautiful retreat! I am so incredibly happy to have found this amazing piece of land. Raul made everything so easy. The house is so much better than the pictures. It’s just so hard to get into words and pictures how amazing this place is. I felt like I got teleported to heaven for a night. I will forever look for this place when booking.

We loved our stay. The master bedroom had an incredible view of the ocean and we loved walking our dog around the property down to the cliffs every morning.

I absolutely loved this place! Everything about it really impressed me, we cooked some nice prime rib eye steaks on the BBQ and enjoyed the fire pit at night and plenty of privacy, the home is a very cool design and had plenty of space and it was spotless! So many accommodations like dishes, towels, beach chairs, basically everything you need. The WIFI worked great and the living room was cozy. I’ll be booking again and the Host Mara was very easy to communicate with! I highly recommend staying here when visiting Fort Bragg it’s really a treat!

I can’t say enough about Helen and her wonderful place. I would highly recommend. We came all the way from Texas to visit my husband’s birthplace. I left feeling so inspired by the calmness, the beauty, not just from the area, but also from Helen’s beautiful landscaping. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was an amazing experience.

We enjoyed out stay at the Tree house very much. We have visited before so were familiar with the location and the setting. We especially enjoyed the privacy and quiet setting. We made use of the BBQ one night to grill up some halibut we bought at the fish market. All and all we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Thanks Anne for providing such a nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Main House and would highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect - close to local restaurants, coffee shop, shopping etc. The house was impeccably clean with a lot of room. It was just my husband and me but the house would easily be room enough for 6 guests. Lindsey was exceptionally responsive, attentive and friendly. We will be back!!!

Yan was a great host, very responsive and did her best to help from afar when we needed a few things. Her house was very comfortable, was well equipped and had a great view of the lake.

Anu’s house in the Sea Ranch was perfect for our group. So easy to walk to the bluff trail, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous views of the stars from the hot tub and decks at night. We also really enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and sitting in the sun on the front deck.

Very kind and responsive host; provided helpful and clear instructions and welcome. The home is beautiful, peacefully situated and clean and comfy. Our family and friends were all comfortable and enjoyed the warm, well appointed home for a long weekend. Sandra was available and responsive. We’ve stayed in homes all over the world. Sandra and her Ukiah home are among the best.

Have stayed here many times, and would love to return again. 5 stars as always. One of the best houses at sea ranch. Great hot tub, beds, kitchen, everything. So quiet and private. You could not ask for more! Hosts are so nice and communicative. Will continue coming back in the future.

Deldi is an excellent host. Great communication and always easy to contact. The home is in a great location. Two minutes to the bluff trail and you can sit on the balcony with a glass of wine looking at the sun setting over the ocean while deer graze in the front yard. Magical!

Beautiful and spacious home with wonderful decor. Great location- the view of sunrise over the lake was absolutely stunning.
