Wonderful property and host. Tullio is a very gracious host. Very sweet and sincere. Made us feel like family… taking care of every need and feeding us well… traditional Italian meal in lemon grove. Can’t wait to come back. Ciao!

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The views of the ocean & Mt Vesuvius were breathtaking. The balcony is truly special. Property had an elevator & spreads stairs, which was very convenient for us. Nice rooms & bathrooms. Location was fantastic as well. Near the port for water activities or transfers. Also very close to all the bars, restaurants, & shopping. The host was very communicative & offers great recommendations for activists. The house was very clean had everything we needed. There’s a bedroom on the first floor, convenient for those who don’t want to use the stairs for the upstairs bedrooms. Outdoor patio had 2 large umbrellas, so you enjoy that stunning view no matter what the weather is like. Would absolutely stay there again.

Les deux frères Massimiliano et Marino sont de très bons hôtes. La communication avec eux a été facile avant et pendant notre séjour. Ils louent deux appartements sur Airbnb et nous sommes demeurés dans les deux, au total un peu plus d’une semaine. Les deux appartements sont d’une bonne dimension, avec la chambre de cet appartement plus grande que l’autre. La vue sur le golfe de Naples et le Vésuve au loin, que l’on peut admirer depuis la terrasse, est absolument remarquable. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons rencontré Marino qui, tout du long, a été d’une grande gentillesse et d’une efficacité indiscutable (nous avons connu un problème d’eau chaude; dès que nous lui avons fait part de la situation, il a fait venir un plombier qui a réglé le tout rapidement - cela a été très apprécié). Nous qui sommes au début de la soixantaine pouvons aussi confirmer que la remontée à pied vers l’appartement est un bon exercice pour le cœur et les jambes! Cela dit, quelle vue à notre arrivée!

Our stay in Baia was fantastic. Marco as a host was amazing. First of all, the informations he sent to us before check-in were very useful and very clear. He was answering all the questions and solving the problems very quickly. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything what we needed: TV, fridge, washing machine, bedding, towels, all the dishes to prepare the meals and even a few sets of terrace furniture. The location was great - not far from Naples which could be reached by different kinds of transport. It was a very nice starting point for all the most interesting attractions in the area such as: Pompeii, Vesuvius, the coast of Amilfa, Capri island and many others. Our stay was before the season and we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach, of which there are plenty in the area. And finally, the cherry on the top - the view from the huge terrace was breathtaking, beautiful over the entire bay. I highly recommend this place.Thank you Marco

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++

Location sulla baia di San Francesco fantastica e casa unica nel suo genere, una gemma sul mare! Credo sia tra le poche case sulla costa cosi vicina al mare. Se volete rilassarvi e farvi coccolare dalle onde in continuazione é il posto giusto! Noi siamo stati in bassa stagione e ce la siamo goduta lo stesso. Umberto é un super host, infinitamente disponibile e amichevole, vi farà sentire a casa! Grazie mille ancora a Umberto.

Five stars are not enough for this place. It is spacious, very nicely decorated, and everything seems new. Very clean and absolutely beautiful! The hosts were wonderful and left us with fresh fruit, wine, lemoncello, pastries, and coffee. They even brought a replacement supply of coffee and more fruit, when they thought we would run out, and brought fresh towels even though we had a washing machine. There are at least 10 local restaurants right outside your door, all great! Plus 2 convenience stores if you need something, and excursions you can book (boats, kayaks, scuba, etc.) The mood in Marina Grande is very relaxed and stunningly beautiful! Sitting on the balcony or the small beach, Mount Vesuvius is right in front of you across the water, with twinkling lights at night and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises! The busy city center is a 15 minute walk, with lots to do and nice little shops. But it was always great to walk back in the evenings to this beautiful place! Highly recommend!!

非常棒的一次入住体验！很适合和家人朋友们来度假，房子靠海边，面积大装修风格也很休闲，还有超大的海景露台和私人泳池，下楼就是海岸，在阳台能看到绝美的日落。Raffaele回复很及时，也帮忙做了入住介绍和退房指引，有机会下次再来！

This place was wonderful. Off a quiet street just outside of the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Was more than enough room for our family of 7. Private parking for our car was convenient for our excursions in the area. Raffaele was an excellent host, always responsive and even set us up with an affordable and AMAZING Amalfi Coast driving tour. We all agreed we will stay here again on our next visit to Sorrento! 5 stars!

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

Nerano is a great little village, and the house provides great views of the bay and mountain. Special thanks to Luciano who met us to handover the keys and provide a tour of the house. He was also very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Would highly recommend this property and these hosts if you're looking for a peaceful break in a beautiful area. Thank you!

This was one of our favorite stays in all of Italy. The place is nestled into a quiet hillside with an amazing view overlooking neighborhood groves, the port below, the water, and Mt Vesuvius in the distance. It is beautifully decorated by the owners whom are artisans. We really enjoyed their hand-crafted ceramic pieces and the love you could feel through them. The beds were super comfortable and the view from the port-side bedroom was amazing. The patio was well furnished and very enjoyable in the velvet evening air, or for sunning during the day. The hot-tub is well cared for. The hosts are very responsive and gracious to our questions and needs. It was an absolutely delightful stay that we would highly recommend. (Small side note.. you do need to park above the unit and walk some stairs down to it, but this is to be expected when you are staying on a hillside. Host happily helped us with our luggage when we arrived in the dark!) It is a truly lovely place to stay! Enjoy!

Maria and Ernesto were the kindest people! They offered to collect us from the train since the rain was so bad on the day we arrived, which was so generous of them! Maria walked us through the apartment and explained everything so thoroughly, and she was very very easy to reach on the phone when needed. Honestly, I cannot express how sweet she was to us the whole stay! The accommodation itself was fantastic. It felt luxury, the place was absolutely spotless, the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels, filtered tap water (very handy in Italy) 2 balconies one of which was a big terrace you could lounge on. Speakers in the ceiling! I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was going back to Sorrento, this place was perfect. Location was ideal as well, walking distance from any main spots in the city and a very short walk to the train station. I can't recommend Maria's place enough! Grazie infinite Marie per tutto, ci rivedremo presto! ❤️

Thank-you Giuseppe for a fantastic stay. My family and I had a wonderful time. The appartment was light and airy, spotlessly clean, with amazing views. The air conditioning was very useful on a couple of occasions when the weather turned a little chilly. Your local recommendations were useful and we settled on Porta Marina Seafood restaurant, eating there on a few occasions given the delicious seafood and warm hospitality on offer. For me, a highlight was starting each day with a coffee on the balcony in the morning sunshine, looking out onto Mount Vesuvius, listening to the gentle lapping waves. Wonderful!

La casa è un sogno! Arredamento curato, molto spaziosa, ma sopratutto vista stupenda e posizione inimitabile. Si dorme con il rumore del mare! Sono presenti tutti gli elementi necessari per sentirsi a casa. Host sempre presente e reattivo a rispondere ad ogni domanda. Consigliatissima!

Verde Smeraldo was everything and more! First we were given excellent instructions on how to enter the beautiful apartment area. Once we entered we were just in love . Vincenzo gave us a wonderful recommendation for a driver. They took us directly from Napoli Centrale to the door of the Air bnb! They also picked us up for other activities we did while staying. The views are exactly like you see. Spectacular and peaceful! Yes there are steps going down to the actual apartment but this is Italy! Great way to burn off some extra wine , cheese, and bread calories! When you leave the apartment there are a few steps down to the water. There’s a private gate that lets you out then just about a 10 min. walk to the marina. We loved the little market. The owner has everything you need . Including the best fresh baked bread, fresh mozzarella, beer and wine! Just bring a flash light if you are walking back in the dark! We didn’t want to leave ! It was truly paradise! Can’t wait to go back!!

Quite literally on the water of marina del Cantone, you can open the window and look at the sea. Great restaurants in walking distance. The place itself is very cute, great for a couple or single. Also Raffaele was great in meeting me and showing me the place. Highly recommend.

Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse! Mycket bra och rent boende, vacker byggnad med stuckatur och ett vackert limeträd på innergården. Värden Maria var så hjälpsam med allt ifrån en snabb och enkel incheckning till hjälp med att hitta goda restauranger. Forio är en pärla som vi blev helt kära i och vi bodde mitt i den. Massor av goda restauranger bara ett stenkast ifrån boendet samt super nära Chiesa del Soccorso där vi såg den vackraste solnedgången!

An excellent choice for exploring Ischia without a car. Centrally located, well-equipped, and expertly hosted. The apartment is spacious, luminous and lovely and the hosts welcoming and thoughtful.

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Wir wurden wunderbar von Alessandra's Vater Nello empfangen und verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in Ischia. Die Unterkunft sowie die Terrasse sind verzaubernd und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Insel ist von der Unterkunft aus sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit dem Motorrad gut zu erkunden. Zu Fuss kann man gut bis nach Ischia Ponte gehen, wo es viele Restaurants und Läden hat. Nello hat uns zudem einige super Tipps gegeben und Alessandra hat schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne AirBnB-Erfahrung. Herzlichen Dank!
