Casa bellissima e tranquilla! il gatto è stato un ottimo compagno e ogni stanza era impeccabile. Alcuni insetti morti ma normale essendo in campagna. ci siamo divertiti un mondo, talmente tanto da rompere un lampione, ma Miriam è stata molto gentile e non ha chiesto soldi per la riparazione.

Miejsce bardzo piękne, unikalne widoki, klimatyczny dom. Bardzo miły gospodarz Keith (IRL) który reagował na wszelkie nasze potrzeby i zapytania. Dom Bardzo dobrze wyposażony jest np. ekspres do kawy, maszyna do robienia wody gazowanej, ładny i funkcjonalny ogród w którym można się zrelaksować i podziwiać piękne górskie widoki. W pobliżu jedna ale wyjątkowa restauracja gdzie serwują pyszne pierogi, a ravioli są najlepsze na Świecie ! Problemem może być trudny podjazd pod dom i ograniczony parking i to że najbliższy sklep znajduje się około 20 minut jazdy samochodem od domu. Mimo tego to był bardzo udany wypoczynek i powtórzylibyśmy go ponownie.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fijn en prachtig huis met heerlijk zwembad. Goede host, mooie omgeving. Hele fijne plek om Italië te ontdekken met veel leuke dingen in de buurt en om te ontspannen!

La casa è in un paese arroccato (non di passaggio) in una valle boscosa in mezzo ai monti, la vista è stupenda, il posto è fresco e arieggiato rispetto al fondovalle, silenzioso e l’atmosfera è familiare. In casa ci sono tutte le dotazioni per cucinare. La piscina è piccola ma è un must! Ci siamo stati 4 notti, eravamo in 5 e non ci è mancato nulla. La padrona di casa sebbene fosse dall’altra parte del mondo è sempre stata disponibile. Se posso il prossimo anno ci torno! ah dimenticavo: nel paese si cammina per forza quindi andateci allenati

Appartamento moderno e pulito, molto accogliente e adatto ad un soggiorno di più persone. Cucina dotata di padelle, pentole, posate, piatti, bicchieri e tutto il necessario per cucinare durante il soggiorno. In ciascuna camera era presente la biancheria del bagno lavata e pulita, nonché i piumoni da utilizzare per la notte. Esperienza molto positiva, la consiglio.

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

We had the privilege of staying 4 weeks at Eleonora's Mazzino villa during our parental leave. Wow. It's a beautiful property and you are as disconnected as you want to be. Eleonora was responsive and overly kind in making us feel welcome – After a series of mishaps at Bologna airport including big delays and lost luggage, I hope that she never has to stay up late for incoming visitors again. The local community, Tredozio, is quaint. We found its weekly Tuesday market and meat/fruit shops to be great to add to our shopping at the larger Modigliana's supermarket. The pool area was serene for reading and working out with reliable WiFi; we loved running the local roads (except no go on Sundays with the hunters). Kitchen is well-stocked with gear and the stove works well. Bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor gave our group the ability to hang out or get some off time. Heads up: The roads are a bit nauseating and being in the country you will hang out with bugs. My overall memories: A+++

L'appartamento di Giuliana si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla a due passi dal centro di Bologna, che può essere raggiunto comodamente a piedi in una quindicina di minuti. Dispone inoltre di un comodo posto auto: un must se si vuole arrivare a Bologna in auto e poi girare la città a piedi! L'appartamento è pulitissimo e molto luminoso situato al sesto piano e quindi lontano dai rumori della strada. Giuliana si è inoltre dimostrata molto disponibile e flessibile per quanto riguarda l'orario di arrivo e ha fornito indicazioni precise e puntuali su come effettuare il check in in autonomia. Consiglio assolutamente!

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bologna and our accommodation was perfect - great decor, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. The location is superb, just off Piazza Maggiore and everything worth seeing is walkable from the apartment. Excellent place!

The residence is in a clean, quiet, and safe neighbourhood, with decent parking outside and a tight parking space inside (be careful if you're driving a large vehicle) which is gated. Neighbours are respectful and the street is lined up with trees, with a school at the back although you barely hear them. Medicina is an excellent location to drive to different places in the Reggio Emilia region, especially towards the coast & around 40 mins from Bologna airport. You can do a few good runs in the area with lovely countryside not too far away - just be wary of the cars on Via Sillaro when running. There's a lovely bedroom upstairs but we didn't use it as we used the two bedrooms adjacent to each other. The place was spotless and excellently kept (I believe it had a recent renovation too). The beds are great too, with highly comfortable mattresses and pillows. We spent 5 nights and are highly appreciative of the lovely experience, including from the host (Diana) herself.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war der Parkplatz an der Unterkunft und der schöne kleine Garten, indem man sich vom Sightseeing erholen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

L'appartamento è ordinato e ben rifornito. È molto pulito e sebbene non ci sia una vera e propria cucina, c'è tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere qualche giorno. Cristina è stata molto disponibile e veloce nella comunicazione. Consigliato!

Beautiful house, lovely village Cutigliano! Above all, Solange is an excellent host and wonderful person. You can really tell she loves to host her guests. We stayed for 4 weeks with our baby and we loved our stay. There is much to enjoy here. Many beautiful details and so carefully decorated. Upon arrival there was a blazing fire already going, fresh fruit from the market and some cool drinks, what a nice welcome! The house did have some challenges with a crawling 9 month old, but Solange provided us with an extra baby box. Also: it is a big house, like a little tower, very spacious feeling, lots of stairs! We made some trips to Lucca, Pistoia, Florence and Siena. And we especially enjoyed the local restaurants of Cutigliano. Really happy to have found this place and what a beautiful month we have had. Thank you Solange!

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

siamo arrivati facilmente seguendo le precise indicazioni di Giacomo e abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui andavamo in cerca, natura silenzio e relax! non in secondo piano la struttura che offriva tutti gli spazi abitativi descritti dall'host. Consiglio vivamente a chi "vuole staccare la spina". Ottime anche le trattorie nel territorio.

Great location to catch a flight. Felt right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. The is also a bus which takes you at the airport in 5 minutes if you don't wanna walk. Thank you very match for a stress free stay! ☺️

Eine äußerst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die das echte Italien lieben. Extrem sympathische, hilfreiche Gastgeber, authentisches, großes Haus, vorbildliche Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage in der Po-Ebene (allerdings: Auto sehr empfohlen!!!), viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, familienfreundlich große, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, haustierfreundlich. Fantastisch! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Very good location from which to explore Bologna, within easy walking distance to most points in the historic core. Everything matched photos and was very clean/well maintained. Hosts were exceptionally responsive and friendly. Peaceful with private garden area, well isolated from any street noise. Would definitely recommend.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!
