Our backhouse studio is truly a hidden gem in Los Angeles! Located in a peaceful neighborhood block with plenty of parking, best Asian food nearby and beaches at a 20min drive. Away from the noise and business of LA life but close enough to all the action and fun when needed. Designed to create two specific areas, a cozy living room and a stylish room with plenty of natural light, but also blackout curtains for better sleep. The entrance has french doors that open up to a small potted garden.

City Escape: Studio Retreat

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Studio is a duplex property with all amenities for your comfort. Water softener, filtered water, and instant hot water for tea. Air fryer, coffee maker, washer dryer. Enjoy the soaking tub and relax with candles, lighted mirrors, defogger and blue tooth speaker. Large closet. Short ride to beaches and all LA attractions are 30/45 minutes. Walk to cafes and parks. Sit in your private courtyard around the fire and/or dine outside.

It's a perfect location & comfortable place to stay with so many adventures in South Bay area. The studio is within 15min to Los Angeles Airport (LAX) or Long Beach Airport (LGB). Beaches are 12-15 min to Redondo Beach or Long Beach. The Port of LA or Long Beach is 15-20min. Tons of restaurants & attractions: Velo Sport Ctr., SoFi Stadium, Crypto Arena, Disneyland, & etc. In this property, you may find other residences. Even though, we will give our guests their own privacy while staying here.

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

This beautifully-renovated studio offers an open floor plan and views of the marina. This is a one bedroom apartment on the back of our house. The apartment fits 4 people. The apartment consists of one Bedroom (two queen size beds), private kitchen, dining and bathroom. There is no Wifi. It is within 5 mins walking distance to Dignity Health Sports Center and Cal State Dominguez Hills. The South Pavilion mail is 2 miles away. We live within the same property so were here to help if you need any assistance.
