FABULOUS stay at Lisa Marie's home. We have stayed at multiple AirBnBs and this home is hands-down one of the best. Lisa Marie's home is spacious and elegantly decorated--feeling elevated and luxurious while still comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the tranquil backyard--it feels extremely private and is truly an oasis with all of the separate outdoor spaces to enjoy. We loved the hot tub! The kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate and clean, and the master bedroom is truly a treat. The home is also quiet and spacious and was perfect for our group for each person to have their own space and privacy. The biggest treat was the extra playroom nook for our young children, they loved it and all of the toys thoughtfully placed for them to play! Lisa Marie stocked each room and bathroom with plenty of soaps, conditioners, shampoos, and the kitchen was well-stocked with every item you could need for cooking/coffee making. If we come back to Atlanta, we'd absolutely love to stay here again!

Jade's place was fantastic. Beautiful. Convenient. Private. Everything and more that I was looking for. She also was so accommodating and helpful - putting a convection oven in the kitchen for me (I needed this) before my arrival. 10/10 stay. HIGHLY recommend.

We had an incredible stay at this vacation home! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the right place. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had more than enough room to comfortably accommodate our extra large family—kids, grandparents, and all! The highlight for everyone was definitely the pool. It was clean, the perfect temperature, and had plenty of seating and space around it for relaxing or watching the kids splash around. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking for our big group easy, and the dining and living areas gave us all room to spread out without ever feeling cramped. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and attractions. We made unforgettable memories here and are already talking about booking our next stay. Highly recommend this home for any large group or family looking for the perfect mix of comfort, fun, and relaxation! Jay is absolutely amazing as a host!

Lisa and Joseph were amazing host! They were quick to respond and were very helpful while also giving us privacy. The entire experience was absolutely delightful and the view was so lovely. Deborah's house was amazing. We had a small group that came into town for an event, and this was the first time we stayed in the house. We were so pleased with everything that we have already booked it for next year at the same time. The house is very spacious and very clean. The piece of property it was on was very peaceful and quiet. We grilled out on the back porch every night and had amazing time. I would highly recommend this property. Deborah was a great host. She was very responsive with any questions we had which were very few because of how detailed she was with the notes and instructions. If you are wanting to stay in the area, I would highly recommend staying this house, of course as long as our group does not have it rented.

Extremely nice home in a great location. Very roomy and comfortable. Meticulously clean and had everything to be like home away from home. The outdoor space is great and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus at the end of a long day. Would definitely stay again.

The stay is great. The home is beautiful. clean & has everything you need & more. Precious responds immediately to your messages. Precious also checks on you to make sure everything is going ok & that there is enough household items especially with my long stay. She gives you your privacy. This is the best stay I ever had & things didn't finish when planned. I was overwhelmed to make sure I booked her home for longer. She made the process so easy on me. If you in town or like me just getting work done to your home ...try Precious Paradise. I promise you will not be disappointed. From the host kindness to the beautiful home they provide was a great experience.

Nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood that we had zero issues with. Peter was very responsive and very accommodating to our needs, with us having a toddler he was making sure everything was safe for us and was just a great host overall. If we are back in the area, we will definitely be trying to stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house matches the photos and description. The house was pristine and comfortable for our family of 5. The covered patios were perfect to sit outside. The house was a ten minute drive to some great restaurants, and an easy drive into the downtown area and other tourist areas. Dom was very responsive. Would recommend a stay here.

This airbnb was a great spot for our large group, and included a lot of entertainment such as pool, darts. games, outdoor seating. The host gave clear instructions and the house was clean and tidy when we arrived. I would come here again. Definitely recommend this location.

Absolutely loved our stay in Atlanta! The Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more — stylish, super clean, and full of southern charm. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. The location was spot on — just a short drive to amazing restaurants, like toast, an jj fish and chicken and the Georgia Aquarium. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Our host was fantastic — super friendly, easy to communicate always responding in a timely matter. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, like cozy blankets, and even a guidebook with personal recommendations.

We were two couples staying in Atlanta for a weekend together. This house was perfect for us. Everything was just as described (or better). The location was wonderful, as we had events in Midtown and Buckhead and both were easily accessible. Kathie was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely return!

this was our second stay at Wendy's and it was wonderful. Location is great (close to everything but secluded and private) the house is very comfortable and stocked with essential that you might need. Communication with Wendy was timely and very helpful. Recommend to any and all to stay here.

Great place, loved the room to spread out and the basement area was an additional great way to spread out. Very clean, orderly, and the host was communicative the whole time.

This is the second time my family has rented from Melissa. She always answers any questions promptly. The house is in a great location, within walking distance from historic downtown Newnan and parks for the kiddos. Although it sits on a busy corner, I found my sound machine worked perfectly in reducing the street noise. I would not let this dissuade me from renting this lovely home. The massive front porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice card game in the evening. Melissa is a great and accommodating host always available if need be. We will be renting from her again in the near future.

Great stay, and Anastasia was very kind and accommodating. The place is so cute - great decor, so clean. Very welcoming. It’s located at the entrance to a quiet neighborhood, but you definitely get noise from the main road - cars revving their engines at night and occasional sirens. It was only a minor detraction from the overall experience though. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a horse show at Bouckaert Farms and the house could not be more convenient. Very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Lamarr is a great host. He communicated very well and gave clear instructions on how to check in. The house was easy to find. It is so cute inside and very clean. Plenty of restaurants and stores within a 2 mile drive. The area around the house was safe and calm. Driving to downtown Atlanta was about 30 minutes during rush hour but we didn’t mind. I feel it’s a great value for what you get. Overall a great experience and we would book again.
